Hotel Losanna

Early June weekend. Price definitely disproportionate to the services offered. Small room with no working air conditioner. Quick and careless check in, information on agreements with bathrooms, discounts, other services offered discovered by chance during your stay. The staff are still friendly and smiley, but I think a couple of things need to be revised to improve the overall experience.

I returned from a week's stay in this hotel a few days ago and I can safely say that it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Starting from the arrival, the owner of the structure was immediately surly and listless; the rooms are old, they stink and the air conditioning is broken; hygiene is something not received as the floor and furniture were dirty, and in a week we have never changed the towels. Coming to the subject covid it is as if they don't know what it was, the cleaning ladies walked around without a mask and the breakfast room has no air recirculation and closed windows (with low quality food and poor at times). To conclude the craziest episode experienced in the hotel took place upon returning from the day at the beach in which, returning to the hotel, the keys to the reception room were not present, after being accused of not having returned the keys in the morning by the owner I find the keys attached to the door of the room and on entering I find that the bed had been changed without our knowledge and all the clothes that were on it had been stacked on another bed, all without being told anything and the explanation for all this is was "we did not know how to contact you" and "oh well but you remember what your clothes are". Having said that, I strongly advise against this structure.

Giudicando la struttura in poche parole? Tutto stra meraviglioso!Ci torneremo!Personale educatissimo,mangiare così bene non mi era mai capitato,camere pulitissime non mancava mai niente,avendo soggiornato per una settimana con famiglia,non si può pretendere di piu! Consigliatissimo!

Buonasera da quest anno nuova gestione quindi cose migliori il nuovo proprietario e una persona squisita. Stata in altra struttura sua ottime persone

Tipica struttura riminese,hotel vecchio stampo che la non curanza sotto tutti gli aspetti lo rende proprio di scarsissima qualità..gli arredi datati e non curati,scarsità di igiene nelke pulizie,fatta da personale che non pronuncia e non conosce una singola parola in italiano. L'unico punto di forza è la posizione,ma ripeto L'unico. Tipica gestione straniera atta a lavorare con la clientela dei propri connazionali.. colazione discreta ma anche li igiene scarsa, bicchieri e quant'altro lavati in malomodo,sala per la colazione non curata e lasciata a se stessa.. per quello che mi riguarda ho speso molto molto di piu del dovutocomparato al servizio e locale che è. Rimini la conosco come le mie tasche e un 3 stelle fino a 4/5 anni fa con gestione italiana offriva un servizio di gran lunga superiore. Questo è un 3 stelle comparabile con una pensione al massimo.

Прекрасный отель, соотношение цена /качества отличное. Чистое постельное и полотенца. Смена белья как заявлено в описании. Персонал суперский. Wi-fi работает отлично. Завтраки для уровня отеля очень хорошие. И блинчики, и оладушки, и яблочный пирог, как дома. Это кроме стандартного разнообразия еды. Персонал на 5 баллов. Надеюсь, вернуться еще не раз.

Accesso a questo hotel tramite pacchetto Smart box che lo dava ancora aperto, ci siamo ritrovati davanti ad un hotel chiuso e disabitato, contatta la reception ci accoglie la ragazza totalmente maleducata e svogliata che ci sottolinea che siamo gli unici in tutta la struttura e per la cena dobbiamo recarci altrove, una volta arrivati alla camera orrore totale, camera totalmente sporca ovunque, bagno senza bidet e claustrofobico che non era stato pulito con tanto di cartelli in lingua rumena, coperte piene di macchie, puzza di chiuso e muffa e muri con tanto di macchie di sangue di quando ammazzi le zanzare. Non abbiamo resistito e siamo scappati rinunciando al nostro soggiorno.
