I stayed in the hotel for the commitment I had because it was close. As it was one night only, I chose to book. The room was very dirty, sabble paper open in the pier, all dirty. 2 towels, 1 was acceptable and the other was completely swept and damaged. I put it on the floor because I had no courage to use it. The bed is horrible and noisy, and the dressers too. Have you seen a short shirt? Yes, it was so much to cover up to half the body and thinnerly impossible. I had nothing but that shirt to cover. Summary: I didn't sleep anything, super discomfortable. It's all about all the rooms, bad clothing. Coffee is half mouth, but in any case I've seen worse. The only positive point is that the reception official called ”D”. When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised by the information that the system was out of the air and would take a little, then the same offered us 2 courtesy drinks for the event. The only thing I liked at the hotel, but you're only reserved in the last case if you don't want to get angry.

The hotel follows the standard of comfort and excellence that is expected from an ibis. I closed the pool (because I was looking for a hotel in the center with a pool) when I arrived I was informed that the pool was of Novotel for a fee of 63 reals, which should be informed as well as the purchase of breakfast and parking. I looked again on the site to see where it was written and I didn't find it, I was very disappointed because I could have closed another hotel with a similar value. The team's care was wonderful, taking this disappointment we had a great stay.

I only have positive words for the stay at Novotel Leme. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice, the service is great, breakfast is delicious, versatile and extensive, the rooftop bar Sky Leme is a very nice place with a magnificent view and a nice pool. I appreciated the cocktails. So many thanks to all the staff to make our stay a great experience every day! Special thanks to Vicente for his friendly attention.

I stayed there for five nights in January 2020, and have only good things to say about the hotel. Nice and clean room, good food in the restaurant, friendly and helpful staff (with good advices about where to go - and not to go), great location (400 meters from Copacabana beach and across the street from Cardeal Arcoverde metro station) and in a pretty busy and safe part of the city, with many shops and restaurants. Not too expensive rooms. They can also offer transport to the international airport for 25 real. That's much cheaper than taxi!

Hotel with excellent location, very good service since reception, room service and cleaning service. The room with great cost benefit, but only the availability of parking vacancies (but the team was careful and arranged a vacancies for the car night). I spent four nights at this hotel, in a very nice area of Rio. Great facilities: magnificent rooms (standard), excellent bed and linen, very nice swimming pool (heated) with gorgeous views, pleasant common area, etc. The management, however, is not so good. Nothing serious or terrible, but not what you would expect from a Hilton hotel. E.g.: I was supposed to receive a free big bottle of water in my room, as part of the arrangement for my group; I did not received it and I was told that I should pay for it if I wanted it; in addition, I was asked, when checking our, to pay for 2 bottles! (when I ordered just one). I complained and no charge was made finally but it gave me a poor impression about the level of care for the details one would expect in a hotel of this category. Moreover, in a place what you cannot drink water from the tap safely, the management should provide with courtesy drinking water for every guest, as is usual in most places. About the food: very good in the restaurant, reasonably priced (but obviously not cheap). However, the breakfast was disappointing: little variety and quality in the fruit (in a place such as Brazil!!!), slow service for the eggs or tapioca you ordered, and little variety of bread and pastry, as well as other deficiencies (quality of cheese, ham or salami, etc.). A special positive mention for the cleaning personnel: very efficient and nice, always respected the requests I made about timing. Bravo.

The reviews said that this hotel had good customer service. That is, of course, if you do not have to deal with receptionist Porfirio Fonte. My wife and I booked this hotel for two nights. We made the reservation over the phone and asked if we could do an early check-in. We were told to call the day of arrival to check if there were rooms available. We called and we were told to head to the hotel since there were rooms available for early check in. When we got to the hotel, receptionist Porfirio Fonte asked for the name in the reservation (it was under my wife’s). Without even looking at us, he told us that we needed to check in online and pointed at a QR code. Mind you, the reception was completely empty, but he did not want to help us (we were having problems with the internet connection). After we finished, he told us that there were no rooms available for early check in “for the rate we were paying.” We explained to him that we called the hotel, and we were told that there were rooms available. He did not want to hear it. He insisted that he did not have any rooms available at the price we were paying. However, he told us that if we wanted to upgrade, he will give us a room immidiately (basically, he was trying to push us to upgrade). I do not know if this is company policy. If it is, the hotel should put a warning when it offers different rates, for example: “if you choose the lowest room rate, we will look down on you and disrespect you.” I asked the receptionist for his name, and he ignored me completely. After the third time, he finally told me his name. He needed my ID, and even though I was standing right in front of him, he asked my wife for it. I complained to him and told him that he did not have to treat us like that. In a very threatening manner and practically yelling at me, he asked me “if I had a problem with him.” Once again, I tried to explain to him that we called the hotel, and we were told that there were rooms available. I understand that mistakes can be made and perhaps the person over the phone gave us the wrong information. All receptionist Porfirio Fonte needed to say was: “I am sorry, you were giving the wrong information, but I will try to get you a room as soon as one becomes available” (you know, Customer Service 101). But, I guess being professional was too much for him as he went on about our hotel rate. After much insistence, he finally told us that if a room becomes available before 2 pm (it was 11 am), he will give it to us. We asked him if he could call us to let us know, but he refused. Instead, he told us to call the hotel. At that point, and based on the way receptionist Porfirio Fonte treated us, my wife and I concluded that: (1) There is no way he is going to give us a room before 2 pm; and (2) He is going to give us the worst room he has. When we arrived at 2 pm, there was a long line at the reception. We had the opportunity to observe receptionist Porfirio Fonte in action. He did not ask any gues

Even tho I had problem with luggage, Cassia from Tryp Hotel in Rio has been wholesome and amazing person to help ne find out everything qbout luggage and she is amazing worker and her kindness,nxt lvl

I stayed in the master suite, she is on the 12th floor and the most spacious with smart TV. Clean room, air conditioning works well. We ask lunch in the room has only one chair in the room, difficult to make lunch. The bathroom was clean , a good shower but a foam smell .
