Thank you for the excellent services provided. A clean and comfortable room we have had and a delicious breakfast we have got. Besides, the receptionist Alan is also so nice to introduce what we could enjoy the traditional bbq nearby and where we could have some nice coffee beans. We really had a wonderful travel journey in Rio because of this pleasant hotel. .

The location was right in front of Copacabana Beach, and the breakfast had a wide variety of foods, and the restaurant was large, so I was able to spend a relaxing time. There was no balcony facing the beach, but the room is spacious and clean, and it is recommended for those who want to travel slowly.

I like the staff and the location. Great offer for the price. On the dark side, you have to pay USD$9 for a bucket of ice. I have never seen that anywhere. The majority of decent hotel have ice machines on various floors if not all floors. So price that into your room. Otherwise, good dependable hotel.

The room was nice and comfortable. Outlook was a bit bleak. Rooftop bar and pool was very nice. Staff were courteous, especially at check in. Breakfast was very, very good and a great selection of food.

The property is not the most updated or nicest hotel in Copacabana by any means, but it provides excellent service and value. The staff at check-in noticed my fiancé coughing and immediately had water brought. That was an impactful first impression, and it was greatly appreciated. The room itself was very well cleaned, and the linens were fresh and spotless. The “courtyard view” was not that nice through the tiny window, but we only stayed one night and didn’t really care about that. Breakfast was excellent with views to the beach from the dining area. We had them stow our bags, so we could go to the zoo; the bellhops were very attentive. This hotel could use a refresh in some areas, but it is exceptionally well managed. We would recommend a stay here.

The hotel was clean, but the beds weren't very comfortable and the rooms are dated. The staff were friendly. The location was excellent. It was a positive experience overall.

They charged me for mi wife extra when the room was for 3 people breakfast fast was overpriced mirror for the bathroom had rusty water marks hotel need an upgrade looks old in the rooms the staff was ok also in the Christmas dinner one of the male waitress was in the bathroom with me and he pee and did not wash his hands
