Hotels Near Colosseum in Rome

The hotel is very close to the Colosseum. You can see the Colosseum when you open the window. There are several restaurants downstairs and the location is very good. The front desk was very friendly and let me check in when a room was already available when we arrived early. The only drawback is that there is no elevator and it is on the third floor, but we don't have much luggage. The room we booked was cheaper, probably because the bathroom was outside the house but it was for our own use. There was also a guest room next to it that had its own bathroom and we would not use it together.

The location of this hotel is perfect. You can see the colosseum once you stepped out of the hotel. We took a train from the airport and then catch an Uber to the hotel. It was very convenient. There are lots of restaurants nearby the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It is easy to travel around Rome via the bus or metro. If we were to come back to Rome again, we will definitely choose this hotel. It was a very pleasant experience

Herhangi bir perde vs tok yataklarda ama ranzaların altında çok güzel eşyalarınız veya valizinizi çok rahat sığdırabileceğiniz kasaya sahip oluyorsunuz(kilit getirin yanınızda yoksa kiralamak zorunda kalırsınız) Şu an bunu yazarken son gecem ve her şey çok güzeldi her ne kadar hostelde vakit geçirememiş olsam da… Barda akşam 18’e kadar ücretsiz kahve alabiliyorsunuz makineden ve oldukça güzel. Sınırsız istediğiniz kadar su hizmetleri var para vermiyorsunuz istediğiniz kadar sudan içebilirsiniz mataranıza, şişenize doldurabilirsiniz. Oldukça güvenli bir ortam. Şunu farkettim hostelde genel olarak amerikalılar ya da çok iyi ingilizcesi olan insanlar var :D Benim de ranzada altta yatan arkadaş amerikalı çok güzel sohbetlerimiz oluyor, İngilizce pratik yapmak için çok iyi bir yer bence🥳 Büyük bir ihtimalle en kötü İngilizce bende şu an hostelde ama gayet rahat anlaşıyorum. Her şey genel olarak çok iyiydi ama tuvaletteki priz ya çalışmıyor ya da saç kurutma makinesi çalışmıyor(farklı prize de takmaya denemeye uğraşamadım aslında 😅. Ama odada arkadaşlar varken de odanın ortasında makineyi açıp gürültü yapmak hiç güzel olmazdı. Eğer uygun fiyatlı rezervasyon bulursanız gönül rahatlığıyla gelebilirsiniz.. Sokakları Termini kadar korkunç bir yer değil. Güzel direkt parka girip kolezyumun önüne çıkıyorsunuz aşırı garip ve inanılmaz bir surum bu…

It's a fast chain hotel. The good points of this hotel: the location is very good, the train station and various attractions are within walking distance. I booked this hotel on the spur of the moment to catch a flight, which is very convenient. The front desk is very enthusiastic, and there is a grandfather who is very nice. I went to catch the train at 5 am. Since the elevator 🛗 is a manual one, if there is a floor that is not closed, the elevator will be useless. The grandfather personally helped me lift the suitcase to the first floor! The price-performance ratio is too high! It is the cheapest hotel I stayed in during this trip to Europe. If you want to experience living in a beautiful old house in Rome, this is a very good hotel

A fantastic location. In walking distance of the Trevi fountain and the colosseum. Also very close to a nice selection of restaurants and convenience shops. The WiFi was ok. It sometimes very briefly dropped out. The shower was a bit weird as it would cycle through cold, warm, and hot. The A/c was ok. We had it on 19 and it kept the room an ok temperature. In Rome A/C in hotels is often bad so this was probably better than most. The staff were excellent! Often hotel staff in Rome can be a bit sullen and not so helpful but the staff at the Hive were excellent and very helpful. They gave us a late checkout as we needed time before our flight. The restaurant on the roof is gourmet so it is more expensive than other restaurants nearby BUT you get some beautiful food. If you ask at reception they may have a 20% discount voucher for hotel guests.

it is located just few minutes walk from Termini, which is very location. You can walk to a lot of tourist attractions like Colosseum and there are a lot of restaurants and supermarket around. I would not say the service is poor as the staffs are polite, as I did not make any extra request, I cannot judge. The facilities are quite hard to comment, as I paid only around 60pounds per day, I would not anticipate any extra so I brought my own toothpaste, shampoo etc. But I definitely felt uncomfortable while there is no hot water at late night while I desperately needed to take shower. I knew little hotel wanted to cut cost so they will have limited supply of hot water, but please let the guests know in advance so that we could plan in advance. And the water inside the shower tube did not drain very well which was quite stressful. I would suggest the hotel to update their photo to give the guests a more genuine picture so they would not over expect as this hotel is definitely not a 4-stars hotel

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helped to open the door and check in smoothly. The location of the hotel is also very good. There are bus routes passing by, so there is no need to walk wildly. The room is shared by 4 people and the space is spacious, but...the mattress is skewed and the bed and bath towels are not very clean. The biggest problem is the bathroom. The flushing area is very small and only people can go in to rinse. There is no place to put shampoo and bath products. It is no problem if they are not provided to everyone. There is always a shelf for me to put my own things. Bar Changes of clothes and bath towels can only be hung outside the door. After washing, you can go outside to dry yourself and put on clothes. What kind of situation is this (in case someone of the opposite sex comes in...) It is really insecure. It’s not that there’s not enough space, it’s that the design wasn’t user-friendly enough from the beginning.

Clean and tidy room, with electric kettle and fridge. Slippers is provided. Breakfast buffet is good. However, noises from the next room and from the upper floor can be heard clearly.

The location is very close to the Dou Tseng Stadium, only 20 minutes walk away. We walked there every day. It is also close to the city center, which is quite convenient. There are many shops around. The only downside is that there is no Chinese restaurant. I am not used to eating pizza every day.

Room is spacious, neat and clean washroom, friendly staff. Big disadvantage is the location however its near to bus stops and for metro station it’s takes 20 mins by walk. No eateries near by.
