Leather Bag Hotel, the hotel location, check-in room and front desk are located in three places. Ctrip service is very good and the store is very professional. The lady at the front desk in the morning was very rude and rude. Check out of the hotel is before 10 o'clock. The price/performance ratio is very low, it is recommended to stay near Roma Termini

We had no complaints about the hotel itself. It was nice and in a good location. The biggest negative which is why nobody should book this place is that reception is not 24 hrs and there is never anyone at the desk to answer queries or to check you in. This meant that we were left outside at night which put our safety at risk until someone got us. We contacted the landlord several times and they did not reply! DO NOT BOOK!

Avoid! This hotel is absolutely not worth the 3 stars. The bedding is catastrophic, the cleanliness non-existent. If you are looking for a minimum of comfort do not go there. If you want peace and quiet it is a failure. Toilet flushing all night, noise from the neighbors, from the fridge. The staff is non-existent, we asked 3 times to change the bath towels, something that was never done. After going to the room for cleaning the staff does not close the windows of your room so mosquitoes all night. It is really not worth being interested in this hotel. The only positive point is the location.

We spent two nights in this hotel and were satisfied as the room was perfectly clean, the services excellent and the strategic location near St. Peter's Square increases its value. I can't help but recommend this hotel!!!
