Beautiful historical Hotel centrally located. Service is top notch and we enjoyed our stay. We had some issues with our room 108 but the staff sorted it out straight away and compensated our inconvenience. I given a good instead of excellent, they need to work out a few things due to only be open less then a year, but I’m sure next time I stay here it will excellent. I would recommend this hotel. It’s a lovely hotel.

Loved the hotel and the staff! We only stayed one night but wished we had booked it for our entire stay. The room was a bit small for our family of four but they did a spectacular job of making us comfortable and accommodating our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. As others have mentioned, it is more of a museum than a hotel but that is what makes the stay more exciting! In addition, the proximity to the historic town and landmarks is unbeatable!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel for a wonderful stay! I didn’t regret for a single moment choosing this place. Every detail is thought through: there’s no need to call reception for extra robes or slippers — everything is already perfectly arranged. A special thank you to the reception staff. During my stay, I met two different shifts, and every staff member was incredibly attentive, friendly, and responsible. This level of care is rare and truly appreciated. The hotel also pleasantly surprised us with special treats for my daughter in honor of her recent victory — such a touching and memorable gesture. Here, they really know how to make guests feel cherished and create an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality. I would also like to highlight the hotel’s perfect location — everything you might need is close by — and the wonderful interior, which so beautifully reflects the spirit of the city. Simply being here, whether in the cozy rooms or in the stylish common areas, is a pure pleasure. Everything is spotless, fresh, fragrant, and literally gleams with cleanliness. I must also mention the excellent restaurant in the inner courtyard and the incredibly atmospheric bar — both became true highlights of our stay. The restaurant offers very good food, and the bar enchants with its unique vibe. Before my trip, I, like many others, read reviews where people said they had found their home in Rome here. Now I can say the same: you truly feel at home in this hotel. I’m so happy with my choice and it’s a pleasure for me to leave a heartfelt review in return for the care and warmth we received. I would like to write a review and explain situation that happened with this hotel in hopes it will not ruin someone else's vacation in future. I booked this hotel on 8-15-24 using my hotel honors points and was confirmed and booked for 3 night stay May 8-11. I randomly received email today about 2 weeks before my dream vacation to Rome from Hilton stating this hotel has cancelled my reservation without any reason noted. I would think hotel management would not allow anything like this to ever happen. I am awaiting a response email to find out why a hotel would ever allow this to happen. My chances of finding another hotel like this one and location is not even possible at this point. My entire trip to Rome was planned around staying at this hotel and unacceptable to be cancelled 14 days before arrival.

Offering modern luxury in the Eternal City, the hotel is conveniently close to major attractions. The staff is exceptionally attentive and welcoming, ensuring a memorable stay. The rooms on the first floor overlooking the courtyard are brighter with larger windows and higher ceilings than those on the second.

I'll try my best to summarize my review as fairly as possible. I stayed for 5 nights with my wife, and here are the key points: Design: One of the most beautifully artistic hotels I’ve seen. It feels more like a museum than a hotel. The lobby, garden, and hallways are stunning. However, inside the room (at least ours), it didn’t have the same wow factor. Noise: Unfortunately, our room faced the street, making it impossible to sleep until the restaurants and bars closed. Even with the super comfy bed and pillows, the noise was an issue. Bathroom: A big plus! Fully stocked with hotel-branded products and all essentials. The waterfall shower was very functional and enjoyable. Breakfast: A big no for me. It was à la carte with very limited and tasteless options. I expected a well-organized buffet with fresh pastries and a variety of choices to enjoy (just my preference). I only tried it once out of my 5 free breakfast days. Staff: The best part of the stay! Housekeeping, receptionists, bellboys, and waiters—everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Hygiene: They take cleanliness to the next level. Room cleaning was outstanding—floors were mopped daily, and bed sheets and pillowcases were replaced every day. Huge thanks to the dedicated cleaning staff! Location: This is the main reason to book this hotel. It’s close to everything, and there’s a grocery store right next door. Suggestion: The stunning garden felt underutilized. It could be an amazing restaurant space or a vibrant dinner spot with good music. Right now, it feels abandoned. At the end of the day, a rating is about what you get for what you pay. I give it a 4/5.
