The hotel's surroundings were a bit concerning with trash bins everywhere. The bed was too soft, I felt like I was sinking in, and the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold, almost making me catch a cold in the middle of winter. When booking, I intended to get an apartment for four people, but I overlooked changing the occupancy to two on Ctrip. As a result, the hotel charged an extra 200 euros, claiming it was for additional guests. However, when I checked Ctrip at the time, the price for four people for the same number of nights was similar, and sometimes even cheaper than the price I paid for two. The hotel also refused to let us rebook to correct it. We even offered to pay the extra tourist tax for four people, but they still refused, which was incredibly unreasonable.

The room was spacious and even had a terrace with a table and chairs. It's very close to the Colosseum, making it super convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a great stay. The only flaw was that one night, there was some event nearby that was incredibly noisy from about 7 or 8 PM until 11 PM (which is when loud noises are legally supposed to stop). I reported it to the hotel midway through, but they couldn't resolve the issue, so I just had to listen to the noise until 11 PM.

very spacious room, big living area and big bedroom, bathroom was nice and has an LED light function with flashing lights. have to pay extra to use the kitchen. Decent distance into the city Centre.if you are okay with getting the train, it’s about three stops from where the hotel was situated

The room was really spacious with modern facilities, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and made us feel at ease during our stay. However, it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions, so those focused on sightseeing will likely use taxis or the metro frequently. Still, there were restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and it was a great area to experience the local Roman vibe.

For anyone on a seven-day trip to Italy, being able to have hotpot is simply amazing! 😊 The room itself is genuinely spacious, truly living up to its 'designer apartment' title, and I loved the facilities. 😍 You can even cook your own meals, and there's a Chinese supermarket just a 10-minute walk away. I bought wontons and dumplings 🥟 so I could enjoy a lovely breakfast in the mornings. The huge balcony was also a favorite, especially for watching the sunset – it was absolutely breathtaking. I thought it might be inconvenient to get to tourist spots, but to my surprise, it was easily accessible by walking and then taking a bus.

Close to the train station, within walking distance. Arrived quite late, so check-in was handled via email. Picked up the key from a key box upon arrival. The room was clean and quite good. Breakfast was delivered to the room.

I spent 2 nights in Rome. It was a delightful stay. The location of the hotel is good. It can be connected by train but avoiding the Termini station which protecting you from stolen. The staff of the hotel was very kind. Breakfast in room was perfect experience. You can easily find the way to tourist sites by both walking and metro line.

Convenient in location, there is a nice little local cafe nearby to pick up coffee and breakfast. The bus stop is under a minute's walk. The reception closes at 11pm, so it is best to make sure to check in or inform them as you need a key card to access the building after 11 pm. Would stay here again

The front desk staff were very friendly, and we were very satisfied. The hotel's location is right near the old city walls, and you can see the train station from the back. The daily cleaning service was excellent; everything was spotless.

Everything was great about this hotel! There is an underground station near the hotel, only 2 station to Colosseum. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. Cleaning was perfect.

The room was spacious and quite modern. The location isn't too far from attractions; you can walk to the Colosseum in about 40 minutes. It's in a residential area with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Traveling with kids, we booked a suite with a large sofa bed and two separate rooms, which was perfect as we didn't disturb each other's rest. The hotel is conveniently located with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. There are also many bus routes nearby, making it easy to get to the main attractions. Taxis are also a quick ride away. The hotel staff were warm and friendly, and breakfast was delivered to our room with a good variety of options to choose from.
