Feronia Guest house

We spent a night at this place. It was really hard to get in contact with the host. We are supposed to contact them 24hs before the check in to let them know the arrival time and get info regarding the check in etc, which I did through *******. Once we arrived at the property, nobody picked up the phone nor the doorbell. Of note, check in starts at 2pm and we got at Feronia around 2pm. Eventually someone that lives in the building while entering the building allowed us to enter it and directed us to the hotel floor. We knocked on the door of the hotel, which is located on the 1st floor and a host answered it. We booked the first night through ******* and 2 more nights through Feronia website. The ******* night was in the hotel calendar but the other 2 nights were not, even though I had the receipt and confirmed the reservation with the host via what’s app. So, I definitely recommend booking it via ******* to avoid headaches. We end up booking another hotel for the rest of our trip via *******. Regarding the night we stayed at Feronia, the air conditioner was not working properly and the room was noisy due to first floor/street noise and other guests that were screaming throughout the night. The breakfast was average and the location is good.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room is big and very comfortable. Great location to everything! The people were very friendly and loved that we could use the kitchen as we wanted. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous location. The staff is superb. Molto simpatiche. Be in the center of all. I loved to go out early in the morning and walk around and come back to that place. Very recommended

This was a real find. Good price and so perfectly located. We walked everywhere from our hotel. The staff were lovely, and the price included breakfast in the communal kitchen. It was was actually rather fun seeing who the other guests were. I also loved walking up into a real apartment building.

Perfectly located hotel in Rome Maria, our host was extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel is in an absolutely perfect location. You can walk everywhere including the Colosseum and the Vatican. We never used transportation once for sightseeing. Caught the bus to the train station right in front of the hotel the day we left. Nice breakfast every morning.

Great Iocation God price Rome 1 night The location was great and the clerk who met us was friendly. They have a continental breakfast and use of kitchen dining area with lots of fruit and snacks. Ivers it was a good place to stay. Only drawbacks were rooms facing streets had rumble of streetcar and our rom had a loud plumbing noise when you ran water. For the price it is a good deal.
