I did not have a positive experience in this structure, not for the quality of the service offered which I still consider overall good, but for the payment system, which needs to be completely revised. In summary, the cost of the two rooms I booked was charged to the credit card given as guarantee the day before my arrival without giving me any communication. I was sent a message in advance in which I was provided with all the instructions for check-in and access to the facility in detail, a message also sent with great courtesy and courtesy, but..... no mention of the charges on the card . What was the result? That at check-out, in my unawareness, I paid the cost of the rooms again, thus paying them twice. I wasn't even notified when I checked out, it only came out later. However, I recovered the amounts not owed by recovering them from other friends present in the hotel, but the payment system needs to be reviewed. Please note that I had not canceled the booking, on the contrary, I had confirmed our arrival by sending, as requested, a copy of the documents. Why take the money upfront? At the very least, the customer must be notified in advance.

B & B in a very central position and with an excellent price/quality ratio. The rooms, in retro style, are very characteristic even if not very large but quiet and clean. Staff very kind and very willing to satisfy any needs. Quite a do-it-yourself but valid breakfast served in a small room suitable for the rooms of the structure. The only subdued note in my opinion is the bathroom... it needs to be improved a little.

Comfortable home with Termini station. Polite and discreet staff. Clean rooms and satisfactory daily cleaning. Breakfast could perhaps be improved both in terms of location, it is not very large, and in terms of availability of products offered.

Ontvangen door de eigenaar , in eerste opzicht vriendelijke man die ons naar verluid "binnen het kwartier" uitleg ging komen geven. Echter na enkele uren nog steeds niemand te bespeuren. We gingen dan zelf maar op zoek naar de eigenaar maar konden hem niet treffen. We gokten dan maar zelf naar de uren van het ontbijt en check-out. Na een actieve dag wouden we een warme douche nemen maar we ontdekten al snel dat er helemaal geen warm water uit de kraan kwam. Ook de verwarming/airco deed het niet. Het bed kraakte en piepte en de hygiëne liet ook te wensen over. Het ontbijt was ook niet om over naar huis te schrijven en voor het uitchecken moesten we opnieuw wachten en zelf opzoek gaan naar de eigenaar. Bij het vermelden van ons ongenoegen werden we genegeerd. De foto's komen helaas niet overeen met de realiteit .. zeer jammer qua ervaring gezien we absoluut niet op zoek waren naar grote luxe maar wel naar duidelijke en eerlijke communicatie.
