Hotel Giorgina

The front desk is not open 24 hours. The description on the hotel reservation site is incorrect. Those arriving early in the morning or at night should be careful. There is no remote control for the air conditioner in the room, you can borrow it from the front desk. Breakfast is included, but it's not very tasty. With our suitcase storage service, you can rest assured that your suitcase will be stored in a locked warehouse. The rooms are in normal condition and are suitable for the price. It takes 3 minutes from the hotel entrance to the outside door of the food court on the 1st floor of Termini Station. Walk a little to the right and you will find the bus stop for the airport. Transportation is good.

Speed, friendliness, professionalism, cleanliness and price. Highly recommended hotel, close to all the main moments and the station, excellent and complete breakfast, they will offer you more if they see you now, the breakfast girls are fantastic. We've had a great time and we've been really comfortable. Many thanks for everything.

Booked a quintuple room for two nights especially for the advantageous price, but without high expectations. Instead, a lot of kindness from the staff at breakfast and more than enough cleanliness. Strategic position. From Termini to the center of Rome you can travel by any means of transport in just a few minutes. Special thanks to Anastasia at reception, invaluable for advice and patience. We didn't need it, but they offered us a convenient luggage service. We will definitely return if we pass through the Eternal City again!

Easter weekend 2023. Rome is very full. Very comfortable hotel near Termini station, well heated rooms on the fifth floor because it was cold!!! although in April it is rare in Rome!! Quiet at night, because you're tall, and the fixtures are good. Bathroom and room cleaned well. Linen too. Comfortable mattresses, average breakfast, friendly staff. Excellent luggage storage and bathroom on the courtyard which is very convenient if there are 4 of you both on arrival and on departure. We left for home at 3pm and the luggage storage after the 11am check out gave us another morning in Rome...... that's not cheap!!!!! Great for those who don't want to spend capital to visit the Eternal City!!!

It says that the front desk is available 24 hours a day, but when I arrived at 7:20 in the morning, the door was closed, and the phone number and the front desk started at 8:00 were posted. I was deceived even though I believed the explanation that the front desk was available 24 hours a day. Terrible hotel.
