Hotel was just around corner from Trevi Fountain but no awning so look closely. Reception desk is not manned full time so get your questions asked when someone is there.

First of all, this is not a hostel but a low-tier hostal. Before booking, I asked specific questions regarding my stay because I was traveling with my 6-month-old baby and wife. Once I arrived at the hostal, I realized that they were lying and requested my money back to which they answered that they couldn't give me the money back and the only option was to go to another hotel with my family without any refund. The rooms are dirty and the bathroom and shower are in the same room as the bed which is really uncomfortable. The hotel is on the second floor (no elevator) and the stairs are very narrow. The first floor is a hallway that has a door at the end that has trash and it is used as what seems a toilet for nearby waiters (it is common to see waiters in the hallway at night). There is no staff after 9 pm. I would avoid this hostal in any situation but it is definitely a big NO when traveling with family.

Excellent location, close to the Trevi Fountain, good restaurants and Via del Corso...main avenue for good shopping. Good cost-benefit. HighlightQUW for Alessandro's welcoming service, always very attentive and careful. Clean.

They are shameless. I do not recommend this accommodation at all. I booked it in January 2020... for March 2020. You can imagine that I couldn't travel. They gave me two years to be able to travel... in between I have been a mother, my father, my mother have caught the Covid... both older... with whom I was traveling... I wanted to book now for June paying more if necessary... for supposed! And they haven't left me... totally insensitive. Little empathy and no perception of what could or could not be done traveling from Spain. My parents were afraid to go by plane (logical, normal, and respectable). I will lose the €1,200 for accommodation... but you lose a client.
