The night receptionist was rather unfriendly with communication difficulty in English. The room was ok but missing basic amenities. There were no chair for the dresser, no clothes hangers in the wardrobe, no cups, no trash can, and no tissue box, etc. The tea kettle was dirty and had what looked like paint chips inside it.

The Staff is friendly and efficient, location is good but would be great if a metro station was closer. In general a great stay!

The hotel is close to the Rome train station, with convenient transportation. It is close to major attractions and not far from the supermarket. The hotel facilities are average, the service attitude of the clerk is acceptable, and the hardware needs to be improved.

Excellent in all aspects, although it says that the last time to enter the hotel is 9:30 p.m., we arrived at 5:00 a.m. due to a flight delay and they received us very well and without problem.

I got a room with a balcony, but it smelled bad when I went in. The breakfast was OK. I stayed for two nights in total. The next day, the air conditioner was broken. I went to the front desk at night and no one came off work at night. I left a note saying that the air conditioner was broken, but there was no one there. To deal with, the last night I slept hot and sweated.
