The rooms were clean and comfortable. Baby beds were arranged as requested. Temperature in the rooms was adjustable. They also arranged a bigger transfer car from and to the airport for all of us with two baby chairs. Breakfast is not included but mini fridge and snacks were filled every day free of charge. We found a good breakfast spot around the corner (La Licata). Perfect place if you want to visit the colosseum.

I recently stayed at this property and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The location of this accommodation is definitely convenient, but unfortunately that’s where positives ends. First of all the room had a strong and unpleasant smell that did not go away despite keeping the windows open. It was so distracting that it made it hard to relax and sleep well during the night as the Main Street was so noisy. While the staff was polite they seemed natural and unhelpful when I mentioned an unpleasant smell in the room. The room was also nothing like the hat that as shown in the photos. Online, everything looked bright, modern and clear but in reality it was worn down and dated. For the price I paid I expected much better! After this experience I would much rather stay at the hotel where I know there is a higher standard for cleanliness and value. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place as it just didn’t live up the expectations set by its price.

Let me start with the positives: the location of the apartment is very good; the Colosseum is about a 5mins walk away, and the Termini station is about 10mins. The staff, while were not able to help much with our situation, was generally friendly. BUT, the room we were given was in a terrible state, perhaps equivalent to a 1-star accommodation. The bed was old and musty, and the wardrobes were worn-out and shabby. The first night brought an unpleasant surprise: an awful moldy smell came from the air conditioning (which wasn’t even turned on!), and we only managed to fall asleep by keeping the windows open. We reported this to the staff, who told us that this smell sometimes happens when it rains, and their solution was to keep the windows open all day—which didn’t help much. Since the apartment is in a very busy area, it’s impossible to get a proper rest with the windows open, as the noise outside continues until about 2:00 am. This place absolutely doesn’t deserve its current rating, and I personally wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante il periodo di capodanno . Posizione comodissima per raggiungere qualsiasi attrazione nel centro di Roma , fermata metro vicina alla struttura. L’hotel è pulito, le stanze sono spaziose e fornite di ogni confort. La zona in cui si trova è tranquilla ed è circondato da tanti ristoranti e locali.

O Hotel está a 500 metros do Coliseu. Totalmente novo e o atendimento é nota mil! Limpeza e cordialidade são marcas registradas. O local não dispõe de café da manhã, mas há diversos restaurantes ao redor que oferecem essa facilidade. O hotel fornece endereços de restaurantes para todos os fins nas proximidades. Trata-se de um prédio residencial com 2 andares de quartos para alugar, com altíssimo nível. Uma relação custo x benefício sem igual.
