The manager was absolutely delightful. Accommodating, polite, helpful, friendly, just lovely. The apartment was huge, offering enough space for us and our two older teenage children to have privacy. The apartment was serviced, clean and extremely comfortable. The only negative was the shower head which was broken. We had to hold the shower head to be able to shower. This and some other minor maintenance needs is the only reason we've rated this as a 4. Otherwise we can't fault it. As we've told others, we stayed in a beautifully presented hotel in another country, where the customer service left me in tears. It was deplorable. Whilst this apartment wasn't as fancy, the customer service clearly put this accommodation as one of the top of our list.

Great room, excellent location, was able to walk everywhere but metro just outside if you need. Staff super friendly and helpful. There is a fridge in the room which was restocked daily and also complimentary umbrellas should the weather take a turn

Highly recommended. Great location to get to many of the places to visit. Quiet neighborhood and everything within reach, including the subway. Massimo very friendly, nice and helpful. Very nice, clean and well-kept apartment. We will be back!

I stayed at this property from January 7th to 11th and I must say that I was very satisfied. The location is strategic 500 m from the Colosseum, two more steps and you are at the Forum. The structure is in a beautiful building in the Monti area; there are many bars and clubs of all types in the area from the most sought after to the easiest. The room is large and clean there are snacks and drinks that are replenished every day. The bathroom is also very large, towels are changed every day on request. I only had telephone contact with Luca the owner but he proved to be very helpful and precise in responding to my requests. The girl at the reception and the boy who takes care of the rooms were also very kind. Advised!

I stayed in this apartment with my family and I must say that it is located in a good position to reach many important things to see, for example the Colosseum and the Altare della patria..etc. However, I was not satisfied with the apartment as it was not very clean and with many repairs to be done, especially in the bathroom. Fortunately, we didn't have to use the kitchen.
