A good small boutique hotel near Roma termini. The reception was good and welcoming. Overall the everything was as mentioned in the booking. A few small issues: 1) The room floor is very sticky. 2) The bathroom is too small. 3) Towels had a pungent smell.

Breakfast is great, offering a great variety of choice, including pastries, fresh Italian cheese, hams, eggs, cakes, fruits. Staff are friendly and could communicate well in English. Hotel is within 5 minute walking distance from Roma Termini station, providing excellent convenience for travellers. Room is well sanitized and bathroom is huge. I can even smell the bleach in the toilet.

We really enjoyed this hotel, the welcome was perfect thanks to the superb team who were at our disposal for any questions or problems we may have encountered! We had some small noise issues with our room and the hotel did not hesitate to change our room, it was perfect. We would like to salute the professionalism and kindness of the reception manager who helped us a lot thanks to her excellent French! :)

It was friendly and the location was good because it was right next to the station! They gave me two bottles of water and breakfast was not buffet style but a la carte style so I was able to eat cleanly.
