High cost performance, average room, no breakfast, and underground garage.

I checked in on 04.16.2024 and in addition to the friendliness and friendliness of the receptionist who was really very nice and helpful, the environment was beautiful and clean. Possibility of parking in the garage (if free) otherwise there is a side street where there is no shortage of places. It will be my point of reference for any other trip to Rome. I advise.

One night for work in Rome, perfect hotel, adjacent bar open 24 hours a day, despite being on the outskirts, a quiet area.

Despite some reviews that I found unconvincing, I came across a hotel in which I stayed pleasantly, as: very clean, excellent mattress, good air conditioning, private parking, quiet. Furthermore, the hostess at the entrance, Maddalena, was very nice, always available and smiling.

The Bright is a hotel that in my opinion offers a service with a very interesting quality-price ratio. Cozy, clean, quite spacious rooms. I originally booked a single room, which was too small and having to stay for a long period, I opted for a double room for single use. Monica at the reception, a textbook problem solver, immediately managed the "critical issue" by quickly accommodating me on the room change. Another special mention, the girls on the floors, Tommasa and Desirè, always very attentive and kind, a staff that any hotel manager would like to have on their staff. What else can I add, other than that my experience in this hotel was positive and I can only recommend it. Ps: please, when you register at check in, you will be given two codes to open the gate and hotel entrance; keep them safe, as on public holidays and after 9pm the reception is not staffed.

I'm sorry to have to say these negative words but too expensive for what it offers, zero services, abandoned to ourselves, ZERO cleanliness! Sheets not changed for 4 days, smell of old furniture that has never been cleaned, torn tablecloths, toilet for the 7 dwarfs and only for women, because a man can only crush his jewels (we had a broken toilet!!) I chose out of necessity to go and visit my relatives a stone's throw from the hotel. Well located but only if you have a car. I'm sorry, but for a structure located in an industrial-like area it is really expensive!

The hotel is nice, very clean, well looked after. The rooms are spacious, welcoming and equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, minibar, TV and Wifi. Mr. Florian welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, demonstrating extreme availability in providing us with all the information necessary to move around that area of ​​Rome. Excellent quality-price relation. The hotel is in a peripheral area, for those traveling by public transport we recommend purchasing tickets via telephone or the mycicero application because it is not easy to find paper tickets.
