Hotel Eurorooms

The photos on the website have nothing to do with what they give you. We told the hotel (boarding house) to give us another room and he told us there wasn't one. The hotel in general is very dirty and the facilities on the 4th floor, the shared toilets, the plumbing, floor tiling, walls and toilets are in a deplorable state. The water in the shower comes out very hot and it is impossible to regulate, it has even burned my skin. The double bed is very small. One of the toilets is broken and very dirty. It has not been cleaned. The bidet is completely loose. There are missing tiles on the floor of the toilets, covered with towels. with the risk of cutting your feet. There is no TV signal in our room. The plugs are loose and the trim frames are missing in our room. The lamp in our room is very dirty with a lot of dust. The window blind is broken and very dirty, it cannot be lowered or raised. The lobby on the 4th floor has been full of bags with clothes from the rooms for a week. making it difficult to stay there. Our room had broken furniture and the closet was full of dirty curtains, under the bed there was a mattress, and some of the table drawers were full of bed legs. It smelled terrible, it looked like it was a junk room. I will add that the rooms are not cleaned or the beds made, they only change the garbage bag. On the website they sell you that there is a coffee maker and that there are cleaning products, and it is all a LIE. There's nothing. The elevator and the hall, in general very neglected and very dirty. I have never lived with so much dirt and damage. I don't recommend it at all.
