The hotel is nice. It is also very clean. Not much food nearby but close the bus station. Staff is nice. Best deal!

Hotel is a walking distance from several bus stops and 10mins walk from an underground station. My room was close to the road which meant I could hear the sound of cars and buses going past the hotel, sleep on the first night was difficult due to the noise from outside, figured out the window had electrical shutters you could remotely bring down to filter outside lights and outside noise (helped me sleep on subsequent nights). Clean hotel, rooms not very modern but clean, bathroom was very clean, comfortable bed. Also, breakfast choices were limited, same menu on the three mornings I spent there

Take your son to get a birth certificate. The receptionist on the cable car shift seemed like someone who didn't really want to work. But the nighttime staff provide very good service. The room is next to the road which can be heard disturbing the traffic all night. But close to the bus stop. Therefore convenient for traveling

1. The mattress in the room has been used for a long time, and the springs have collapsed.
2. The air conditioner is a very old model, the cooling effect is not good, and it is broken. The switch must be pressed carefully to turn it on. The next day, it broke down completely.
3. I was given a room in the attic, which has no big windows, only a small skylight.
4. The Italians at the front desk are very unfriendly to Chinese people.
5. The hotel is very old-fashioned. Students who want to experience the hotel in the 1970s can book it. Others are not recommended.

The location is far from the station, so the service isn't bad, but it's a shame that bugs often appear in the bathroom.

This is a lovely little hotel, very clean and comfortable. Shoutout to Emanuel on the desk! I live in Australia where wheelchair access is law but that is not the case in Italy, so there are no ramps. The staff are happy to help with your bags though.

I would like to express my sincere satisfaction with my recent 10-day stay in this hotel. Upon our arrival, we were able to enter the room even before the official check-in time, which we found to be a warm act of professionalism and kindness. The hospitable staff created a welcoming atmosphere that made the place feel comfortable and pleasant. Very well-run hotel, since everyone, from the cleaning ladies to the hotel management, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The cleaning ladies were very attentive and respectful, doing their job with the warmth and commitment of outstanding hosts. Additionally, the cleanness of the towels suited the level of a hotel of a higher category. The bed mattress was soft, which could represent an obstacle for some guests, but for me personally, it was not an issue. The rooms were clean and provided a peaceful retreat. There is also a small garden/space for sitting that belongs to the hotel. The hotel is situated in a safe, residential area, which I found to be a perfect fusion of tranquility and accessibility. The fact that the hotel is placed in a popular residential neighborhood is very precious for anyone who wishes to stay there. Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, the setting was both refreshing and relaxing. The supermarket that is open 24 hours is within walking distance from the hotel. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its excellent connectivity to the city center. Public transportation options are plentiful and convenient, making it easy to visit all the major sights Rome has to offer. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of the two campuses of a renowned LUISS university, which was particularly beneficial for me during my visit. Breakfast was good, including available options for vegans and vegetarians, which suited different dietary needs. The restaurant staff was also very kind.

This hotel is perfect if you have booked a city break. The buses are close by and there is a good restaurant Momart Cafe as well as a supermarket which is around 5 min walking distance. I found the staff to be very welcoming and Emanuelle in particular was very accommodating as he helped with booking my excursions and guided me with the best places to visit inc shopping. My room was great also and had a lovely balcony. The only downfall was the small things like not proving an ironing board and a freezer, but there is a fridge and a coffee machine in the room. Thank you all for a lovely stay:-) 🌿

Location is perfect. Situated in a quiet residential area of Rome with lots of embassies near by. Just few meters away from a bus stop that takes you in the city center. Takes only 15 min. Also a metro station near by, so access to the city is quite easy. The Hotel is pretty much outdated. Needs a but of new touch and some renovation. The furniture was old and not well kept. Although, the rooms and the bathroom are spacious. No room service, no garden to sit and have a coffee. The staff is ok, very official though and no special customer service. Overall, in Rome you spend much of the time outside, so the Hotel is ok and average to spend the night and rest. Btw, great restaurant near by called Momart, highly recommend.

There was no air conditioning in the room. It was so hot, we could not sleep. The breakfast was just ok. It was far from the activities. There was a bus stop just in front but the metro was between 20 to 25 minutes from the hotel. The city taxes are 6 Euros X person X room X night. The staff was not smiling and not friendly at all, except for the youngest one who try to help us. I do not recommend.

Definitely not a four star hotel. Tiny elevator, made for only 2 people. Extremely small bathroom that was uncomfortable to navigate. Not an ideal location for walking to many restaurants.the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.but somewhat dated.

I can’t understand why this hotel has a four star rating. - no on-site parking - booked a suite for four with disabled accessibility, got a very small room with a rollaway and fold out chair — no room to walk around rollaway for my parents to get to bathroom, so had to rearrange the room — parents (eldery/disabled can’t get into the tub/shower - Air conditioning doesn’t work. comes on for five seconds then off for ten minutes. it’s 30C+ this week - too much wear/tear for the price — bathroom door is peeling [not the paint—the veneer.it’s not a solid door, some cheap wood paneling — bad/worn finish on wood floor — cheap/worn mattresses…not very comfortable - no hooks in bathroom for wet towels
