The hotel is on the other side of the Tiber River, which is not particularly convenient. It is also some distance from the Vatican. It is a business hotel and many crew members stay there. The first time I have used Ctrip for many years, it is also the first time I have given a bad review. I booked a hotel for three days, and checked out directly after staying for the first night! I don't want to pay for the last two days, but I really can't live anymore! Except that the entrance hall on the first floor looks pretty good, the room is really hard to describe. And after I checked out on the first day, the staff attitude was very bad! (Obviously I gave you two days of expenses for nothing, okay? I really want to curse)

Our stay at NH Hotel was sublime. The staff were incredibly patient and considerate, we felt safe and the location was perfect. Metro and Bus within walking distance, fabulous Roman Pizza from Pizza Colonna (highly recommend) and top rated gelato around the corner from Gelatia La Roma! The Vatican is very close, as is St Peters Basillica and two Piazza's within walking distance. Felt very lucky to have stayed here, thank you to all who made us feel welcome!

Great hotel
The hotel was excellent, location was great a little more quiet than being in the center which was nice and peaceful. You can still walk to many monuments and it's about 14 euros for a taxi to trevi fountain. Service was good but could have been better at times.
