Location is surely the best remark to be made: close to Piazza di Spagna and you can easily get there by metro or bus. Breakfast also really good: the lady who was responsible for the breakfast was very kind.
Downs: the hotel is a bit old, but nothing that interferes in your stay. Shower could be better.
Staff is very kind and polite (the doorman who stayed there in the night not that much).

I would give this hotel 0 stars if possible! I checked in at 5 pm and the receptionist said the room is ready I walked into a dirty used room with towels everywhere! Then they said we’ll give u another room and it’ll be ready in 5! Waited 25 minutes in the hallway with all my luggage!! Went into that room that was just cleaned! There was hair pieces all over the shower! I walked out and had to book another hotel! It was the worst night of my otherwise memorable Italian trip!

Very good but be notice that it locate at the top of piazza di spagna so you need to go up all the stairs up or use the elevator and you need to go up for the all ramp to go there from trevi fountain.

The hotel is half an hour's walk from Termini and all the central attractions. The room has a kettle, cup, and glass. The bed is large and comfortable, and it's quiet at night. The breakfast is full, on the terrace with a view. Order a double espresso for coffee (it's delicious!) From the breakfast room you can go out into the open air with a cup of coffee, where there is a table, chairs, and an ashtray for smokers.

Traditional hotel well located in Porta Pinciana with a beautiful breakfast room on the top floor with a panoramic view of Villa Borghese and the entire city. The reception staff is very kind and helpful in resolving any issue. The rooms would need a renovation and more cleaning: the mattress is very uncomfortable, the refrigerator is noisy and the blankets and bedspread are dusty and not sanitized, the bathroom is good. The breakfast seems to have come out of an 80s movie with sliced ham and cheese, stale fruit placed on a stand and unlikely croissants, it is not up to 4 stars
