Okay look, I rarely ever leave reviews but the hosts of residenza b were amazing!! the space is perfectly designed and flawless, absolutely loved it. the location is also walking distance to everything you'd want to see in Rome! highly recommended ＜3

Highly recommend this hotel! The location is about 7-8 minutes walk from Plaza de España and about five or six minutes from the fountain. Although the hotel is in an alley, the surrounding area is very lively, with restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. Because the decoration looked new, I booked it. I didn't expect that there was a spa bathtub (very large, two people can take a bath together) and a sauna in the room. On the first day of stay, we were given champagne as a gift. The breakfast was also an Italian-style breakfast, which suits my taste. I think the service is impeccable. First of all, from the check-in, all the staff are very gentle, careful, and patient. They will introduce the hotel facilities and the operation methods of some functions in the room, and also recommend references such as surrounding food and transportation. The main thing is that the guy at the front desk is very handsome hahahaha 😂 We needed to get up early to catch the flight on the morning of our departure, so we asked in advance if they could prepare breakfast for us. They not only packed it for us and sent it to the room, but also gave us a cup of coffee☕️ All in all, if I go to Rome next time, I will definitely continue to stay here!

道幅が狭いためホテルの入り口前までタクシーが着けられないのは不便だと感じたが、帰りはポーターがタクシーが着く場所まで荷物を運んでくれたのは良かった。部屋はスイートに宿泊したので、申し分なく充実していてとても良かったです。

About six days before my stay, I bought some discounted chocolates on Venchi's website. I provided the address as H10 Hotel and emailed the hotel to ask them to collect and hold them until my check-in. The hotel replied promptly, confirmed my request, and delivered a large box of chocolates to my room on the day of my arrival. A special thank you to all the hotel staff! The room facilities were new, the sheets and duvet covers were dry and clean, the pillows were comfortable, and the room was quiet. The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from all the major attractions. The reception staff and luggage storage staff were exceptionally polite! I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Rome!

The hotel pleasantly surprised us with an upgrade to a larger and more comfortable room, which we truly appreciated. Thank you very much for this thoughtful gesture! The hotel itself is brand new, but in our opinion, the room layout could be more practical. In the Junior Suite, there's no door separating the bedroom, and the bathroom area, especially the sink, is quite small. The floors look beautiful, but unfortunately, they didn't seem to be cleaned thoroughly. We also noticed an unpleasant sewage smell in the room itself (not in the bathroom), so we had to keep the windows open. Another thing worth mentioning is that there's a metro line running underneath the hotel. I expected the noise to be noticeable only on the lower floors, but surprisingly, I could clearly hear the trains even from the sixth floor when I was trying to fall asleep. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well. Breakfast is a typical Italian breakfast. We particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed carrot and celery juices. However, it would be nice to have a greater variety of hot dishes, such as omelets or fried eggs, as scrambled eggs are currently the only hot egg option. Finally, I'd like to thank the hotel staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always happy to help. Thank you very much for making our stay enjoyable!

先説最大的優點，就在噴泉旁邊的公寓樓裏，簡直市中心，周圍特別熱鬧，而且附近一百米就有公交站，無論是步行還是公交都超級超級方便。 房間比較普通，老舊公寓那種，會有每日打掃，也會提供免費水。 前台服務時間比較短，得注意入住時間，而且讓我非常生氣的點就是，城市税刷卡直接給我用人民幣算~大家要注意一下哦

I'm going with my mom. Because it was a trip to Italy, the distribution of my mother's physical strength was the most important, so I found out that I could go to the dormitory at any time and relax. , I found a Hiberia hotel that can arrive at Termini station by taxi 12 euros! (I was frustrated that there was no one eye in the Sheshchell chuum..) The facilities were good, the room was spacious, the staff were very friendly, and the overall cleanliness was great! 👍 I want to stay again if I travel next time!

The hotel's listing photos (P3) are highly misleading. It's not a multi-story building, but rather a simple, two-story structure in front of one. During a 38-degree heatwave in Rome, the air conditioning was completely inadequate, making it impossible to relax in the room during the day. I suspect the building itself has flaws, likely making it hot in summer and cold in winter. This is nowhere near 4-star quality; it feels more like a larger guesthouse. P1 and P2 show the hotel hallway. The rooms have only basic amenities. **Cleanliness**: The cleanliness was acceptable. **Environment**: The hotel is right by the road, so there was noise at night. However, the location is very convenient, with metro and bus stops right outside, and a supermarket nearby. Walking to major Roman attractions takes 10-30 minutes, which is a plus. **Service**: The lady at check-in was very polite, but couldn't make up for the hotel's simple facilities and insufficient air conditioning. (Perhaps the platform gave a 4-star expectation). **Negative Point**: We had an early morning flight on our last day and mentioned it the night before, but no packed breakfast was prepared for us. Even when staff were preparing breakfast, our request for it was denied. **Breakfast**: The variety was quite good. **Cooking Class**: Not offered and not even mentioned. **City Tour**: The front desk lady gave us a map at check-in, highlighting important attractions. I suppose that's what this complimentary service refers to. I rarely leave such a low rating, but the cost versus the experience was completely out of balance. The platform should verify its 4-star rating.
