The location is convenient. You can reach any attraction within 20 minutes.
The villa is very well-maintained and stylish. The equipment is new and in perfect condition. It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel and use all the amenities.
It's clear that the hotel owners and manager put their heart and soul into this business, rather than just renting it out for profit. This attention to detail is evident in the service and interior design.
I especially want to commend the manager! She is a very pleasant and responsive young lady!

Guest UserPray that the environment of the homestay is clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient for travel. The boss is warm and attentive, the facilities are complete and tidy, the atmosphere is warm and homey, and the feeling of carrying the family is excellent.

入住前在國外提前WhatsApp聯繫業主，要提前拿到入住大樓和房門密碼，零樓有小電梯，上一樓住宿，早餐在出門往左走約5分鐘的咖啡店，都算方便。住宿大樓離馬路近，我們的窗户隔音不是特別好，晚上會有汽車聲和垃圾車聲音。

Guest UserGreat little find. Great communication. Very quiet and clean. Very good value for money. Perfect for our few days sightseeing. A small kitchen for visitor use. We were able to leave our bags on our last day. Don't be put off by location there is a bus stop right outside the apartment building. We recommend the fab little Gelato place 5 min walk away. Loads of restaurants with friendly staff. A supermarket available opposite. Would definitely recommend if you are comfortable using public transport. We used uber a few times when we were short on time.

Guest UserThe villa is beautiful and full of history, with a comfortable mattress, an impressive bar counter, and thoughtful amenities like a hairdryer and refrigerator. The only downside is the lack of a dry-wet separation in the bathroom. Overall, however, the stay was excellent! The hotel's location is great—right next to the subway station, within walking distance of St. Mary's Cathedral, surrounded by convenience stores and delicious restaurants. The host even shared a list of recommended dining spots. They responded promptly to inquiries and were extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

The location is very convenient, close to the metro station, with most attractions reachable within 30 minutes.
The facilities are quite basic and show some signs of age, but they cover all essential needs.
Considering the very competitive price, it offers reasonable value for a short solo stay.
