The room is clean and tidy, the location is good, the security is good, the service attitude of the hotel staff is good, and the breakfast is also very good; the hotel facilities are relatively modern and comfortable, and the advancedness is relatively high. The French style is simple and generous, comfortable and fashionable, and the cost performance is relatively high; I am quite satisfied with the living experience; it is for your reference only.
Love the buffer plus one customer order service every morning, included in my reservation. Room/shower space is relatively smaller than average W hotels. Staff are very friendly.
The accommodation room is clean and comfortable, and the service staff is also very kind. The overall accommodation experience is great. It is worth recommending a place to stay for people traveling to Italy. Like it!!

Sofitel 🏨 Health is very good, facilities are good, the environment is OK; breakfast is delicious, the restaurant service staff is more polite and thoughtful, keep smiling; unfortunately Italy 🇮🇹 Rome Sofitel Sofitel 🏨 staff do not know what is going on? The attitude of the five-star hotel I have ever stayed in is the worst. The hotel service staff at the door never pulls the door to the guests (it is not only us to observe), the chat content is full of impolite and swear words 🤬, the quality is amazing, the attitude is speechless, impolite, Not thoughtful, not service, do not know their work content and work attitude. Is it the Sofitel Sofitel in Italy 🇮🇹 that does not employ qualified personnel? Or is the company not responsible for employee training? Or is the company's salary dissatisfied? Or is this the case with the Italian 🇮🇹 Roman staff? (Other Italian 🇮🇹 hotel staff are polite! ! ! ) Or are these Sofitel Sofitel hotels that specialize in working as God?
For your reference only.
The front desk gave me a room on the first floor, close to the front desk and the road. The music played in the restaurant on the roadside was very noisy at night, and someone talking at the front desk in the early morning could be heard in the room. The sound insulation was average. The towels in the bathroom were not clean and had black stains that looked like footprints.
It is a long way from Termini train station, 1.2 km on foot, it is difficult to walk on the small stone road with a suitcase, especially in the 35 degree hot weather.
The hotel only gave a bottle of water on the first day, and no more in the future. If you need it, you can get it from the minibar, which costs 15 euros per bottle.
The room is not exactly the same as the picture, it can only be said that it has nothing to do with it. This period is the peak season, and all hotels are expensive. You should think carefully before booking.
The room is very good. The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to several famous attractions, such as the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Colosseum. The breakfast is also good. The waiters are very friendly and you can ask them for Italian. Since the hotel has a long history, the decoration inside is very unique. It is worth staying. I will go back to stay for 2 more nights. Finally, I would like to thank the Ctrip hotel butler for his attention. He helped us communicate with the hotel about the room type in time and solved many problems.
The service is very good. From the doorman to the street, I laugh very sincerely. The location is on the street of Rome. It is not far from all the attractions. It is quite quiet. All the drinks in the refrigerator are free. The price is really not cheap, more than 4,000. One night for the renminbi, because it was previously booked another hotel, it was discovered that it was pitted, and I temporarily booked Aleph, and it is estimated that it would be cheaper to book in advance.

Outstanding
XXiaofadianxiaA treasure hotel in Rome, the location is very good and safe, next to the city government and bank, the room is very new and clean, the decoration is carefully designed, the details are very beautiful, the front desk has a variety of snacks and candies, the rest area is warm and tidy. The owner and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. The owner asked us which country we came from and patiently explained the routes of various attractions, restaurants, ice cream shops with translation software. The hostess sent us cupcakes and drinks. After check-in, we will introduce the use of room facilities in detail and tell us that the drinks in the minibar are all free and you can find them if you need them. And it is rare to have slippers, complete toiletries and a kettle in an Italian hotel. When we went out early the next morning, the hostess invited us to have coffee, because the driver was already waiting, and we thanked for the refusal. The mistress immediately returned to the room and handed us a beautiful paper pocket, and opened it after hurriedly getting in the car and saw that the five-stuff croissant, with salami intestines, ham, cheese, caramel, was moved to speak. This is the highest-standard courtesy of coming to Italy, let us feel the warmth and kindness of a foreign country. Looking forward to seeing you again soon!
JJalenWuThe location of the hotel is convenient and safe. Close to Piazza di Spagna. However the checkin process was disappointing because the hotel can’t find me via phone for the self checkin. There is nobody at reception at the time of checking in. So get prepared by this. You can leave your luggages at the restaurant at the corner of the building, which is owned by the hotel owner. There are some noise at night when people coming back and the wall is obviously thin.
GGuest UserThe room is very good, very close to the train station, you can walk ~ The only thing is that you need 3 double passwords for check-in, you have to inform Trip in advance! The store also sent us a free breakfast, super nice
GGuest UserEnvironment: Excellent location, 7 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps.
Service: Warm and thoughtful.
Facilities: Very new hotel, I like it very much.
Hygienic: clean and tidy.
DDmitriiConvenient location, close to Termini Station. Friendly staff, the room has a kettle and shower set. Some may find it difficult that there is no elevator from 0 to 1 floor (you need to go up several steps to the elevator)
陶陶觅The location is a little closer to the Spanish steps, but it is also necessary to walk for at least 15 minutes, but it is safe and there is no pressure at night. The lobby is ok, the room is especially small, and somehow, a special sofa is placed in front of the TV. It is bigger than the door. I don’t know how to get it in. I especially wanted to move it to the door to let the hotel Look at how far this is outrageous, but the door can't move out, it is also convincing. Breakfast is not good, the food is not fresh, especially the ham, it has deteriorated when eaten, and the fruit is also very poor. Milan, Bologna, Florence, Naples, Sorrento, along the way, this is the worst quality hotel in the same price, has been staying at the end of October, the price is still 3000. + one night, the price is poor. Super is not recommended.
TTravel maker 13A location is a bit off from the touristic area but it’s quiet.
There’s a hassle for using the card key to get in to my room but the staff was very kind to come up and sort it out for me.
The room was decent however I could hear the next door room sneezing and watching Telly via the connecting room door. Also aircon is central controlled so I can’t turn it off.
