The host was very nice. I clicked on the Ctrip navigation, but it took me to the wrong place. There was construction going on outside, and it was dark. I didn't see it when I passed by. The host sent me emails and texts, but I didn't receive them. Finally, the host came to find me and showed me around. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, and it's a 7-minute walk from the subway station. You can rest assured if you stay here.
Long searched for an inexpensive hotel in Rome. And found. Very successful location. Metro in the 200-s, the grocery market with a large assortment is even closer, full of cafes. The area is quite safe. We returned at 23 hours, everything quietly and quietly. The hotel itself is quiet. You come out of the street and silence. It's very valuable. In the room your full shower cabin. A little cabin door ate and there was a chunk for it, but it's nothing. I hope the host Renato read and eliminate this little malfunction. We didn't tell him, it was just not before. Bed is huge, pillows are comfortable. There is a small refrigerator, TV. Tea, tea, sugar. One, dear Renato, remove the one-time glasses. Purchase two tea cups or two glasses. And two tea spoons, not one, but two. It will be much more solid. There was an air conditioner, we included it for heating in the morning. October, however. Well, our host's departure was perfectly arranged. At three o'clock in the night, a transfer to the airport was arranged. In short, dear friends, I highly recommend this wonderful budget hotel. Well, thank you to the host. Dear Renato, thank you very much for your heart, respect and readiness to come to help at any moment. Well, for a bottle of champagne 👍. We will be in Rome, now only to you. Hello from Volgograd. Constantine and Olga.
We loved this accomodation, the outside appearance was a bit of a worry but when we got into the room it was fantastic 5 star recently renovated with the latest style, awesome bathroom even had a Bluetooth mirror heated towel rack, we washed all out clothes and could hang them out between the windows and screens to dry , beds like new, heaps of power points , full channel tv, kitchenette, would recommend this unit,
Amazing

Очень уютные апартаменты, почти центр города, район очень даже милый, много магазинов, кафе рядом, метро буквально в 7 минутах ходьбы. Хозяйка очень приветливая и милая дама)
We enjoyed our Stay at Imera rooms, it was just what we needed, clean and neat. Maria is an excellent host, she made sure to reach almost on time by the time we had arrived. There was 5-10 mins wait, since this is not a hotel and the host manages multiple properties and needs some time to reach the place. She was very kind and helpful, had our check-ins completed as soon as she arrived. One thing that could’ve been better is the cot, which was like single ones, for which I would have preferred a double one. I would recommend this for families/friends who are in a budget to stay and is located on one of the main streets. There are bus stops at 3-5 mins walk and Metros at less than 10 mins walk. Main attractions are reachable in less than 30 mins by bus.
All perfect. Clean room and breakfast with fruit and cooking. It is about 20-30 min from the Colosseum walking and otherwise there is a metro stop nearby.
The hotel is clean and spacious. We had a pleasant stay here after daily long walking in Rome. But one thing, the original check out time was 11am and we would like to request for an hour later check out because there’s strike in the city, so we wanted to have a bit more time resting in the hotel before heading to the airport since we don’t have much activity to do with a strike in public transportation. But the hotel still needs to ask for 30Euro for a late check out at 1pm, we found it a bit lacking sympathy and understanding to the customer.
Also the first night we checked in, there’s no shower gel and shampoo.
Sometimes providing a basic service to the customer is more crucial than asking for money for everything.
Location: 20 min walk to colosseum. It’s an uphill walk which is annoying but fine.
There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The area is in a quiet location and seems safe.
Room:
We booked a standard double room and the room itself is fine. The AC is good, the cleaning was good, the fridge was useful.
No kettle in the room though
Bed was too soft for me, I felt as if I was sinking. It was just two beds pushed together to make a double, so you can feel the gap in the middle
But room is clean and modern and has plug sockets for your items
Bathroom:
Good size. The shower cubicle is large and has overhead rainfall head along with a handheld shower head. Good pressure. Good temperature control
Towels provided daily. But the hairdryer is lacking in power. A common theme in most hotels
Breakfast:
Pretty decent. Pastries, cake, cereal, yogurt, tea, coffee, water, fruit juices, bread, cheese, hot items include eggs, bacon.
The staff there are super quick to clear up tables.
It’s good way to start the day and it’s in the hotel itself so you don’t need to venture out.
Overall:
Because it’s modern, the rooms are slightly larger 20+sqM compared to many Europe hotel rooms (11-18sqM) and the location is acceptable, it’s not close to the city centre, but a 20min walk is reasonable.
The bed was bad for me. So overall, it would not be an automatic choice to return if coming to Rome again, however, if the price is good then the location, cleanliness, breakfast all make up for the bed.
GGuest UserIncredible. Very friendly and attentive. They welcomed us at dawn, even though we arrived late due to a flight delay. Everything went well. Unfortunately we couldn't stay on the roof after breakfast, that was the only small inconvenience. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you.
SShirinAThe hotel was old, but the staff were really nice. The breakfast was decent considering the price. The neighborhood and the hotel were nice but not within the walking distance from the sightseeing.
