Winner's hotel was very average, the location was okay but further away then listed on the ******* page. The room was very standard and the walls were peeling.

The landlady managed to ruin our holiday after she blew up on us when we arrived after midnight. Even though she knew we arrived late and had put a key in the box at the street, she verbally attacked my daughter (17) believing she was me when the key was not there and she had to get out of bed. An other guest had by mistake taken our key but that did not make her stop the rage. Next day she did apologize but could not stop her self after a while and continued assaulting us. I have never been talked to this way and I don’t want anybody to experience her rant.

Premessa: al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Siamo stati accolti in una "cucina" dove la prima impressione è stata quella di disordine e sporco: piatti nel lavandino, toast della colazione sparsi nel piano cottura ed il tavolo dove ci siamo seduti per le pratiche burocratiche era sporco. La proprietaria (Camelia) e la sua collaboratrice, si sono presentate molto "alla buona", poco professionali. Camera: - Pulizia 3/5 - Servizi: 2/5 - Colazione 1/5 Il bagno era quasi sempre pieno di acqua per una perdita causata dal lavandino. La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo ma pessima: chiedono cosa si desidera mangiare ma alla fine la scelta è molto limitata, brioche semplice (surgelate, dure), pane tostato, marmellata e succo. Insomma, servizio quasi sufficiente ma generalmente valutato al di sopra dei dati effettivi.

Mi e piaciuto molto questo posto,molto pulito, organizzato e molto carino.Il personale che lavora lì e troppo gentile e sempre disponibile,per qualsiasi richiesta,sono molto contenta che trovato questo posto accessibile e accogliente.Con tutta le certezze quando ritornare la Roma soggiornerò altra volta in questo posto.

Ma maman et moi-même avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet établissement. L’accueil était très chaleureux. L’hôte Camilia parlait français et nous a donné des indications quant aux endroits à visiter. La maison d’hôte était bien situé ; dans un quartier calme et à proximité du métro. Néanmoins, malgré la localisation et la gentillesse de l’hôte, cet établissement n’a pas du tout répondu à nos attentes. Pour commencer, notre chambre était mal agencée, le lit (queen size) était bien trop petit pour deux personnes. Il nous était impossible de dormir car nous ne savions pas bouger. De plus, le petit-déjeuner n’était pas du tout satisfaisant (un jus de fruit industriel et mauvais, un chocolat chaud froid, des confitures pas très bonnes et des couques très spéciales). Enfin, nous ne pouvions pas régler la climatisation comme nous le souhaitions. Nous disposions d’un bon Wonderbox pour deux nuits mais même avec celui-ci le rapport qualité/prix n’était pas top. Bref, je ne recommande pas cette maison d’hôte. Ps : si vous y allez quand même, je vous avertis déjà que vous devrez payer votre séjour en espèces.

La stanza si trovava affacciata su una strada molto trafficata e rumorosa. La colazione compresa nel servizio è stata pessima. Ci era stata descritta come vicina al Vaticano, invece era distante quasi 9 km. Difficilissimo parcheggiare in zona. Non la consiglierei ad altre persone .

Franchement un super séjour. Hébergement et accueil au top tout le long. De la prise de réservation au départ. Camilla est une personne en or. Elle parle bien le français. Elle nous a super bien conseillé sur les lieux et les restaurants à faire. C’est quelqu’un de très attentionnée. Elle m’a même offert un gâteau pour mon anniversaire. Nous n’aurions pas rêvé mieux pour notre séjour. Un hébergement qui ne paie pas de mine mais qui vaut un 5* dans nos cœurs et proche de tout. Elle a pris soins de notre petite de 3 ans. Un amour. Et Disponible h24. Je la conseille vivement et meme déjà donné ses coordonnés à des voyageurs.

La struttura di trova su una via molto trafficata e quindi impossibile riposare di notte per il continuo rumore. La colazione scarsa e con caffè pessimo, the senza limone, succhi di frutta cattivi. Ci avevano detto alla prenotazione che la struttura era poco distante da piazza San Pietro, e invece si trova a quasi 10 km! Il rapporto qualità prezzo non regge . Difficilissimo trovare parcheggio in zona. Non ci tornerei !

La proprietaria ha messo la struttura prenotabile con wonderbox, abbiamo telefonato per prenotare, dopo avergli comunicato del cofanetto ci ha detto che dovevamo pagare 80euro in più. Praticamente doppio pagamento delle camere, come non avere il cofanetto! Se dovete comportarvi così non mettetevi a disposizione come strutture su wonderbox, serietà pari a zero!!!
