Zhoushan Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"The hotel interior is very new, with a high-end and atmospheric decor, making it an excellent choice for a family resort. They even proactively upgraded our room, which was quite spacious with an elegant and simple design. The bathtub came with disposable bath liners, and they were replenished automatically the next day. The bedding was clean and didn't feel damp despite being by the sea. A minor drawback was the lack of tissues in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Also, during cleaning, a hairball from the drain was left in a corner. The room was also a bit warm, as the air conditioning wasn't yet available during our stay. We went on a rainy weekend, but the amusement park still prepared many interactive mini-games and auction activities for guests in the evening. Although the large outdoor facilities weren't open, we had a lot of fun indoors. The water park was a bit smaller than expected, but the kids still had a great time. They even gave us ramen vouchers at night for a self-service ramen machine, which was a novel experience. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and there was even a dedicated butler service. Overall, the rating is very good. We come to Zhoushan every year, and this was the best overall stay experience. Oh, and the complimentary travel photography exceeded our expectations!"

"The hotel's environment was fantastic: our balcony offered expansive sea views, and the garden was absolutely stunning. A small gate through the garden led straight to the beach. Since it was off-season, it wasn't crowded at all, which made for a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent; the front desk, bellhops, and cleaning staff were all incredibly friendly. The facilities were a bit dated, but for the price, the value for money was exceptional. I'll definitely be back!"

"The hotel facilities are still very new, and the service at this star-rated hotel is excellent. It's very clean. The night before, I stayed at a guesthouse on Putuo Island for a similar price, but the hard conditions were much worse. Next year, I'd definitely prefer to stay here again; it offers great value for money and a much more comfortable stay."

"I travel for business multiple times a year and try all sorts of hotels, but my recent trip to Putuo left a lasting impression. Personally, for this price, getting a five-star experience felt like a steal! Zhoushan is a beautiful city, and it happened to rain on my second day, offering a completely different, unforgettable experience. It was so relaxing just staying in the room, listening to the rain and the birdsong! The concierge was incredibly responsive to messages. If it hadn't been Qingming Festival, I would have loved to stay longer. This is also the first time I've seriously written a review; I really want to share this with anyone who needs it. Exploring the surrounding area was super convenient. It took just over 10 minutes to get to Shenjiamen, I browsed the Donghe Market, and was back before 10 AM. It's also a quick 6-minute drive to the airport – amazing! If I get the chance to visit again, I'll definitely choose this place!"

"The hotel is relatively new and has a very zen design. The only downside is the terrible soundproofing. I could hear conversations from the room next door, and since our room was quite close to the restaurant, I was woken up around 6 AM by the clear sounds of people going to breakfast and talking. The hotel's restaurant is definitely worth recommending; we ate there three times during our two-day, one-night stay."

"This is a newly opened, trendy sea-view guesthouse in Zhujiajian, Putuo. Perched on a cliffside along Zhangzhou Road, it leverages Zhoushan Putuo's island tourism resources to create a sea-view accommodation that combines leisure, relaxation, and family fun, making it a new hotspot in Zhujiajian. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms are the main highlight. You can gaze out at the azure sea and green mountains right from your bed, watching boats slowly sail across the water. In the evening, the sunset paints the sea in a warm orange hue, creating a lovely ambiance. The ancient ship installation in the lobby echoes the island theme, and the public areas are open and spacious, perfect for capturing that island vacation vibe in every photo."

"The room is quite big, about 60 square meters, with a nice sea view from the balcony, toiletries are also available, the hotel is within walking distance to Dongsha Beach, the hotel cleans and vacuums, and the bathroom has a lot of water"

"Well located close to the (paying) beach. The hotel requires a renovation in the public area and bathrooms (black traces of dampness on the walls, furniture broken, the carpet in public are was also peeling off, which you would not expect to see in a 4 stars hotel. The bedroom itself was renovated and the room itself is pretty big, though. Cleaning is also to be improved, we had a lot of sand left in the shower from the previous customers. There is no international breakfast, but the hotel is located close to the Westin (5mn walk) so you can go there. There is a parking below. Service is minimum, only one person at the reception desk, and no English-speaking staff."

"Facilities: This hotel opened in 2025. The lobby design is excellent; although the ceiling height isn't very high, the sense of space is fantastic! The rooms are also very comfortable. Waking up early and opening the curtains to the sound of raindrops and a misty, dreamy atmosphere was beautiful 😌 Service: Five-star hotels in China are generally excellent 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. They proactively contacted us a day in advance to confirm, and the butler handled everything, resulting in a great experience. It's worth mentioning the young lady explaining things in the Guanyin statue exhibition hall and the staff in the sutra copying hall; they were very dedicated, friendly, patient, and communicative with guests. Food: The breakfast selection was plentiful, and importantly, it wasn't crowded during the morning rush hour, a plus! Overall, it was very good, and I would recommend it to friends and family 👌"

"We truly enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is definitely worth the money – the beach and pool are just a few minutes’ walk away, and there’s a great choice of restaurants nearby. What really made the difference was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our holiday even more relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended!"
