"This time, I had to stay one more night near the airport because I made a mistake in my flight return time. I found this hotel very quickly. The reviews on the website were very bad, but the local tour guide told me that it was not as described on the website, so I was curious and decided to actually visit. Although I only stayed for one night, the hotel staff was very friendly. I had lunch and dinner. Nilu from the restaurant was very enthusiastic and professional and asked about the status of my meal. I happened to have a company meeting at dinner time, and the bread 🥖 ordered outdoors was cold. She also helped me replace it with a new plate. I also ordered Thai seafood soup, but it was too salty. I also reported it to her. She specifically mentioned this problem to the chef, and the chef also re-cooked it and personally came out to apologize to me. Except for the lack of hot water, which I also reported to the counter, everything else was perfect!"

"They’re good, and their service is also good. But their online response is very bad. I didn't get any response to when I texted and called them, as I had some queries. But their hospitality is very good. And food is also tasty."

"Fully accessible if you have reduced mobility, a quick ride from the airport and full of the hospitality and charm that Sri Lanka is known for. The grounds are beautiful and the food at breakfast was delightful. I particularly liked that there was a giant superstore right opposite the entrance, perfect for picking up things you might have forgotten on your way there or goodies for your trip back. A wonderful experience."

"We initially booked for one day, but loved the hotel so much that we extended our stay. Everything was excellent – from the reception and check-in to the pool, beach access, and breakfast. Breakfast had a good variety and was served quickly. There are even squirrels hopping around the hotel! The pool is warm and convenient. There are sun loungers around the pool, and the sun shines directly overhead, perfect for tanning. Beautiful sunsets, and a beach nearby with loungers you can use if you order from the cafe, where you can relax and swim. It's close to the airport, making it ideal for a rest before departure or after arrival. The sea in Negombo was the warmest we experienced during our 3-week stay in Sri Lanka."

"Excelentes instalaciones. Muy límpio. Personal amable y eficiente. Sobre estar cerca de la carretera, nuestra habitación (en el tercer piso) estaba bastante bien insonorizada y no molestaba el ruido de vehículos. Buena comida en la cena a precio razonable. Muy buen desayuno incluido, y tambien incluido el uso de un excelente gimnasio con piscina que hay en el edificio de enfrente. "Jetwing Beach is lovely hotel. Right on the beach, good spacious rooms, with everything you need, very clean and good AC. Rooms over look the pool and beach which is nice to wake up to every morning. The staff are a credit to the hotel with fantastic service from house keeping to reception to pool attendants. Could not fault it. Food and Drinks are excellent too, try the Terrace Bar for cocktails you won’t be disappointed. Food is good value at the Beach / Pool Bar too Would definitely recommend this hotel if your coming to Negombo"

"The settings and pool are fabulous. The accommodations look amazing. However mine was damp smelly and I felt stuffy and had headaches every day. Windows at night couldn’t be open due to monkeys etc The owners guna was a lovely man…he really was but he failed to solve anything ref the room. Felt he wasn’t concerned at all. Building work started 8am- gone 6pm which was not at all relaxing by pool or morning coffee. I failed to do my yoga as noise was too much. I have to say with the smell damp and noise I did not enjoy my stay at all. Although food staff & settings were lovely"

"The hotel is about half an hour away from the airport. You can book a shuttle at the front desk for about US$20 per trip. There is a beach downstairs, but the beach is a bit dirty and the sand is co****. The room is quite clean, you need to bring your own slippers, but the soundproofing is average. There is a KTV upstairs and it is a bit noisy before 9pm. There is a bar and swimming pool on the top floor, which is quite large and has a good view. There is a restaurant on the 6th floor. The staff are very enthusiastic, especially the restaurant manager. He is very nice and the pasta is very good. My brother who had a flight to catch a flight told the manager in advance that they can take it away. The price is about the same as at the airport, but his salads are better. There are a lot of colorful peppers and raw onions, and other dishes use some Sri Lankan spices, which are similar to strong curry flavor, so friends who are not used to it should order with caution. Not bad for a one-night transfer between flights."

"This place truly rejuvenates your body. It's a hotel, but it feels more like a sanctuary where you can cleanse both your body and soul. You wake up at 6 AM for yoga, followed by two and a half hours of Ayurvedic treatments daily, prescribed by a specialist. Evenings are dedicated to meditation. The therapists are excellent. I've had massages in many countries and am quite particular about therapist compatibility. While I did initially have one who wasn't a good fit, I was able to discuss it with the specialist and switch. The staff genuinely cares about our comfort. My 5-night, 6-day stay was enough to experience Ayurveda, but for actual treatment, two weeks would be necessary. I believe a month-long stay would allow for a complete cellular renewal of the body. If I were to ever develop a chronic illness or cancer, I would want to stay here for several months for serious treatment. Even to prevent chronic diseases and cancer, I feel it would be beneficial to come here regularly for a detox. Meals are therapeutic and prepared according to your dosha. Honestly, some Western guests complained about the food during my stay, but it's meant to be therapeutic. It's tailored to your dosha, eliminating foods that don't suit your body, flavored only with spices, and hardly any salt or sugar is used. Despite that, the presentation and taste are truly commendable. Over my 5-night, 6-day stay, I never had the same menu twice for any of the three daily meals. Even the fruit platters were artfully varied. Since no alcohol or coffee is served, it might not be ideal for those looking for a typical resort experience, but for anyone wanting to reset their body and mind, this is the perfect place."
