"We selected this hotel for its location close to the cruise port ( directly across the street). It’s an older hotel but great location and restaurant was great. Wish they had at least an iron or steamer along with a hair dryer.
Overall we would recommend. Elevator is small and stairs access the floors. A little tricky getting your luggage up the hotel entrance to the lobby. If you travel light it’s ok."

"The location was realy good. Near the city center and central station. The hotel was easy to find and the check in process was realy easy and smooth. The only downside was the mattress which was not realy the best or confortable for a longer stay like more than 2 nights. "

"Location and transportation: The hotel is in an excellent location! Jumbo supermarket is on the left hand side of the door. It has all the food and drinks you want to buy. It is a great supermarket! The hotel is within walking distance to the morning market (Tuesday and Saturday morning), the arched market, the Maritime Museum, the central railway station, etc., which is very convenient.
Facilities and hygiene: The guest room (king bed + sofa bed) is very spacious, the whole room is reasonably laid out, there is plenty of storage space, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a large space for guests to move around. It is very clean and hygienic.
Meals: Because the surrounding dining is more convenient, I did not choose to eat in the hotel. In fact, there is a built-in restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, which is also open to the public and not noisy.
Service: The hotel's front desk and room service staff are very enthusiastic and work very efficiently.
Overall evaluation: All five stars recommended!"

"Location is good. But something strange happened that I asked the receptionist to get a pair of slipper, the staff said it was out of stock and would be available the next day. When I asked again the next day, he said it would not arrive until next week, i don’t know if this is real or not, but this is odd for such a level of hotel. Moreover, bottle of water provided only once no matter how long you stayed."

"Great to have an apartment experience at lower than hotel prices. It doesn't get cleaned every day, but not a problem if you are used to tidying up after yourself.
Location is in the heart of the city - shopping, conference centre, restos and bars are all within walking distance. I would def choose again."

"The location is great in the pedestrian zone and only 100 meters from the market hall with its many restaurants and eateries. Centraal and Erasmusbrücke are each a 20-minute walk away. Hotel is still very new, clean and modern. The rooms are rather small but very bright. The breakfast on the upper floor is worth the price. The reception staff is really very friendly, courteous and helpful. Gladly again."

GGuest UserBy far the best place we found during our trip in the Netherlands. The bedroom is large enough for 2 people and very comfortable, the bathrooms are clean. In a nutshell, everything is made to make you feel good (music in background, Rituals shampoo and body wash, customized light moods).

The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre.
Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan
🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram
🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢
🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it.
🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day.
🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided.
There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead.
🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas
💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind
- i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier.
- The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out.
🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them.

RRaymond J GNice hotel, good location. We rented a suite for a combined business and pleasure trip. Hotel is rights above a supermarket. Be careful!! Supermarket delivery trucks keep you from sleeping at night. Also Internet connection not working. Strongly recommend to not stay here. At least not when you are expecting a good night sleep.....Only poor excuse was offered. Friendly staff, just noisy rooms. Stay away!

Ooral aslimHotels location is near Rotterdam Centraal station and this allows you to move easily. They have good staff that welcomes and help you when you need. Hotel has good and unusual concept. I stayed at red room, it was small but has toilet and shower and useful for sleeping. If you have plan to spend time at your room you need to choose other rooms. Only negative thing about this hotel they didn’t change my towels and bed in 3 days time but I didn’t ask for that also :) if I wanted they would do that I believe. Price / performance is great for this hotel 👍🏻

AAnonymous UserQuite a nice hotel that is very close to the flixbus bus stop. Water pressure and heater are great. The air condition gets quite cold but you can always ask the reception to adjust it. It's an old building so every sound made within the building is amplified. Apart from that it was a very good stay.

LLimThe hotel’s room is big and clean. Though the design is a bit old-fashioned but that is ok with us.
Staff are friendly and the location is great ! Really convenient ! Everywhere we wanted to go to is within walking distance or could take the MRT train from the Stadhuis station. This station is the nearest to this hotel. From the Central Station to this hotel, it is about 8 to 10mins walk.
There are many eateries, restaurants, supermarket and shopping areas nearby. Many burgers outlets around. Some even open till 11pm. Do take note that other eateries close earlier like 8pm or 9pm.
Though there is no air-con but there is a standing fan available. The TV is clear and is in working condition. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious.
The only thing that disappointed us was the elevator. It was not working for the 3 nights stay here. The staff was very kind, she arranged for us to stay on the 1st floor. Hence, fewer steps for us to carry our luggages up.

The hotel is good and clean, it provides what the value of the stay is. Some People expect more service for less value paid. Good location and near everything by walk. You are expected to pay a deposit of €50 which i got it back on my check out.
