Booked the Oasis for a friend for an overnight stay. The hotel's location is excellent, and the proprietress even recommended a reliable and enthusiastic airport pickup driver. The courtyard is beautiful, with cats and bougainvillea in various colors. The hotel is less than five minutes from the beach, which has stunning ocean views and white sand. There are many restaurants nearby. The room was also spacious and bright. Perfect!

My dad Had a very pleasant stay at Oasis Boutique House in Saipan. Originally stayed for 6 days (3july to 8July) and decided to add 4 more days (8july-12JUly) because we felt comfortable especially during the recent super typhoon and well taken care of. The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They always made sure he is okay and assisted us whenever needed something. Their warm service made his stay more enjoyable - especially Ms CHerry - THank you to her. Thank you, Oasis Boutique House, for your hospitality. We appreciate the kindness of your team and would recommend this place to other travelers visiting Saipan.

The owner of this accommodation is friendly. The room is clean and spacious, and near a beach.

I stayed here alone. I expected that the hotel would be far from the main beach, but it was not that far. On the way to the beach, you’ll see some souvenir shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. I was checking other hotel that is located on the northern side, but I know now that if I had chosen there, it’d have been difficult to find a nice restaurant or supermarkets at night.

The staff there were so nice and friendly, one of the lady greeted us at the door, and explained and suggested where I should travel in Saipan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, because its in Garapan, the really downtown Saipan, only few minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff treated us like locals, and we had lots of chats. It was such a great experience for us, and we will definitely stay with this hotel again when I visit Saipan in the near future.

I stayed here while participating in the Saipan Marathon. First of all, the room was clean and tidy. There was water, instant coffee sticks, and a microwave in the entrance, and there were supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach around the facility. There was also a laundry that locals use, which was convenient. The landlady spoke English, so it's perfectly fine for Japanese people who speak English. There were Korean and Chinese guests staying at the time. I looked for accommodation based on the marathon start and finish lines as the race started early in the morning, but I was able to relax for a while afterward as well.

I moved here after staying at another hotel because it was a bit uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and the facilities were great. It was fun to see the cats, and I had a comfortable stay.

I had a great stay for four nights at a reasonable price. The owner was friendly, and the cat was so cute. The location is right in the city, with a famous supermarket a five-minute walk away. Microbeach was about a ten-minute walk away. The facilities were average, but clean enough that I didn't see a single ant. There's a microwave and water purifier in the lobby, but no washing machine. I highly recommend Oasis Boutique House!

The service was excellent, and the owner was very welcoming. The location is superb, very close to everything, making dining and shopping very convenient.

An impeccable experience, the top choice for business trips/travel, I'll definitely come again! The staff's service attitude was also exceptional; they always greeted us with a smile, were always willing to help, and we could ask them anything we didn't understand. They even offered to help for free—I experienced this firsthand. It made us feel good, and they even provided nighttime safety reminders. Thumbs up! 👍

The lady boss was so kind and since my flight back was early in the morning, I asked her to store my luggage and she readily agreed! The accommodations are beautiful and the cats in the yard are so cute. I had a great rest and am so grateful to the boss!!

It was nice that it was close to downtown Garapan. It smelled a little musty. It seemed like the ventilation wasn't very good. But the bedding was really nice, so I had a great rest.
