Shohjahon Palace Hotel & Spa

The location is excellent, very close to the main scenic spots and within walking distance. The room was very nice, clean and large enough. The service of the guy at the front desk is very good and he can communicate in English smoothly. Assist in booking taxi transfers and purchasing train tickets.

At the beginning of December, I vacationed in this hotel with my friends. We were met in a comfortable car (free transfer from the hotel). Check-in was very fast. The rooms are excellent, clean with good furniture. Towels and toiletries were changed every day. Bed linen and bathrobes in very good condition were changed 2 times during the 5 days of stay. The rooms are cleaned perfectly. I wanted to stay for breakfast. Since the hotel is small, there is not much variety in the dishes. But there is everything you need for a hearty breakfast. Special thanks to chef Dila. I cooked delicious food at home and asked if everyone liked it. There was also a variety of fruits. Coffee is prepared from a coffee machine with capsules. In the evenings we relaxed in the swimming pool with jacuzzi and saunas. We booked a time and were given the entire SPA complex individually with towels and bathrobes at our disposal for 2 hours. I would like to convey my words of gratitude to the hotel administrator AMIRU. A very attentive, friendly and responsive young man. Thanks to him, our stay in this hotel was comfortable and left only good impressions about the hotel and the people of Samarkand. I will definitely recommend and have already recommended this hotel.

Very nice new hotel with a real search for style in the decoration. Very attentive service, English speaking staff, water bottle at reception. Magnificent room with comfortable bedding which is rare in Uzbekistan! Barely ten minutes walk from Place du Régistan. Very nice pool/spa/sauna set for which we have exclusivity because you have to book in advance. It feels incredible in the evening after a day of sightseeing at 39° in the shade. Excellent breakfast which is both good and varied. The hotel sent a vehicle free of charge to pick us up from the station and bring us back, convenient (I don't know if this is valid for all rooms as we had a deluxe). The street to get there is not very pleasant but that's nothing to enjoy such a beautiful hotel. In short, faultless and one of our best hotels in Uzbekistan.
