We recently stayed at this hotel and I can't help but share my impressions! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and smiles. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did they check us in quickly, but they were also happy to answer all our questions, especially Dildora, who helped us choose excursions and places for dinner. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and cozy, and the views from the balcony are simply mesmerizing. We enjoyed every moment spent here. Thanks to all the staff, especially the reception team, for their impeccable service and care. You made our holiday truly special! We will definitely be back again!

NOT a good location if travel to Samarkand. It’s in the middle of nowhere. They have shuttle services(they advertise this)but they did not allow me to use it. They have free wellness treatments but they promote it like a medical service:(. Also slow check in process even if everything was prepaid. You can definitely can find nice places in the city. But it was clean and they have god breakfast

Breakfasts are a real highlight, with a great selection and a restaurant team that speaks fluent English and Chinese, which makes the experience even smoother for international guests. And the cherry on top? Each room comes with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the nearby canal, such a peaceful spot to start or end the day. I would absolutely recommend this property for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. It’s a gem!

Very well designed new hotel. Step off your bed and a floor headlight lights up. Step on bathroom floor and it’s nicely heated. Value for money. House keeping skipped 1 day of my 5 day stay even though I turned on the please housekeep my room sign. My request to get my safe fixed (likely due to low battery) was not done. I had informed I had placed nothing in the safe and this could have been fixed when I was out at my conference. Not sure if the reception staff understood what I said in English. They were all polite respectful as I was respectful to the staff. This hotel is for attending conferences it’s far from the old town sealed off by what I presume is a parking gantry. . Not walkable to old town. No 7 elevens nearby.

Great experience will be booking

The hotel is almost new and very nice and spotless clean. The only problem is the location is far from the city center. Staff in the reception are helpful but the staff in the bar don’t care about serving guests. I had an incident in the first day I checked in and went to the bar and asked for a drink. After waiting for 10 minutes, I walked up to the counter where two employees were chatting and reminded them of my request. Another 10 minutes passed and I went again to the counter and told them to bring my drink. I was the only guest in the place and the employees weren’t busy except chatting. I was infuriated for their lack of respect and ignoring my presence. It’s only after twenty minutes I got my drink. I paid 10% service charge on top of my bill for very poor service.

Amazing stay in this hotel! Well maintained and very good quality! Staff are amazing and hotel feels very new. Might be far from town but Yandex is easy

Everything was excellent until the black out happened twice in one morning on our last day at the hotel. ID of the toilets need improvement - need the racks to be spaced out for hanging clothes and towels. WiFi can be improved, randomly getting cut out, not so ideal for working. Heated water in the shower was a tad too hot and couldn't make it colder. Mr T. loves the bidets and the multi-functioned toilet bowls. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of selection.

Stuff is not professional enough Very good view

It is a really cost effective, impressive, super clean, womderful view hotel that has great services. I do recomment this hotel to you if you have a car. Nearby there is "eternity city", a beautiful lake that you can walk around and enjoy the cool night wind.

Highly not recommended! Don't stay here. Honestly, the hotel is nice, but the downside is that it's located in a park where events are held, and it's over 20 minutes by taxi from downtown attractions. The park was holding a cycling event the day after our stay (and the front desk hadn't announced anything the night before). The entire park was closed, and buses and taxis couldn't enter. The front desk told me I needed to walk to the park gate to get a taxi (a 30-40 minute walk). My question is, was this cycling event held on the last minute? Then, are we obligated to inform guests of the closure during booking or check-in? Furthermore, the hotel had absolutely no emergency procedures in place, leaving the entire issue to the guests to resolve without even a single apology. After much insistence and persuasion, the hotel finally arranged an electric buggy to take us to the park. Fortunately, a Chinese tour group was staying with a local guide who spoke Chinese and helped coordinate, otherwise my entire trip would have been completely disrupted. Furthermore, the front desk hadn't announced the arrival of the electric buggy at all, and it was the kind tour guide who actually called me to get one. This kind of service, with the front desk being unable to help guests except by speaking English, is completely ineffective. I'll never come back again, no matter how good the facilities. 👋 I still recommend staying in the city; at least you won't have this kind of inconvenience.

The environment is good. This hotel is about 10 kilometers away from the center of Samarkand. It is a hotel resort with many good hotels, such as Hliton. The overall environment of the hotel is good, and there is a gym on the first floor. There are scenic spots outside the resort, which can be reached by walking for 3 kilometers. But the service awareness here is not good.

Very beautiful hotel, rich breakfast, beautiful cakes, in line with Chinese habits. There is an exhibition hall in front of the hotel, which is convenient for attending exhibitions and going to the conference center. There is a river behind, the night view is beautiful at night, and it is very relaxing to walk along the river.
