The staff was condescending. Booking was paid as it was a trip offered to me. They charged the card and then demanded I also pay. They did not refund the charge to the previous card until I demanded. I went to get my cab but it was late so I went into the dinner to grab some yogurt the ****** staff asked me if I’m in a supermarket. When I asked to speak to manager, manager did not apologize or requested him to but instead crowded me and tried intimidating me. I held my ground. Do not book here as a black person. The racism by the men to black women are unhinged. The female night staff was lovely.

Great hotel, good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Great room, very nice breakfast and great people! Not too far from Milan and its traffic. Private parking made our life easier.

This was a grand property, very well taken care of by people that seem to enjoy what they do. This was one of the best hotel experiences I was part of.

Perfect for a self-drive holiday. About 15 minutes from Milan centre. High quality decor and materials in a grand 1960's style. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff 24/7.

Liked it because it was outside the city yet very accessible with bus and underground right by the hotel to get to Milan, good quality hotel and the breakfast was outstanding

Our room had not been cleaned properly when we checked-in. There were pieces of crackers on the floor and under the bed. The bathroom smelled really bad; most likely from the drains. The room did not even come with one complimentary bottle of water; we had to pay for everything . Breakfast options were very limited.
