Good but not cost relative... the arrival.- the parking lot isn't assigned and your car isn't safe as must when you are paying one of the most expensive fee of whole hotels in the area, i asked for the valet, the answer was a BIG NOT AVAILABLE, 300 usd for a non available valet ? , so i went to the parking lot, no big deal, there's a lot of space but as the hotel is inside the arboledas park, you will be parked as everybody in the mall, non dedicated parking, at least a parking arm, something that makes you feel you car is safe. parking fee.- the hotel offers a day pass ticket for 7.50 usd , but again. 300 usd fee for a non free parking? Pool.- the pool isn't heated. is an outside pool that is truly fancy ,but the pool area isn't, , remember is 4 diamonds hotel. in overall, room is good, not the greatest but it's ok. good amenities at bath, food is great. the team is warm and makes you feel at home. try the morning breakfast is pretty cool. resume: 4 diamonds represents luxury pleasure and warmness , this hotel is far to meet that expectation. if you want to be closer to the arboledas and san pedro area , take it. if you want to have a pleasant luxory stay, choose other options like live Aqua , or another from the same brand like Westin. those are more price-experience balanced

We had to switch rooms twice due to cleanliness issues. While the hotel and surrounding area were beautiful, our experience with the rooms was disappointing. In the first room, we found a toothpaste cap in the shower, and the area near the toilet was dirty. We requested to be moved to another room, but the second room had an unflushed toilet from a previous guest. I then requested a third room. Despite asking to speak with the manager, we never received a response. For the price you pay per night you should expect the rooms to be inspected before delivering to the customers. Thank you.
