Extended Stay America Suites - San Ramon - Bishop Ranch - West
3.3/5105 Reviews
This Extended Stay on 18000 San Ramon Valley Blvd in San Ramon, has been a home away from home, until deciding our next steps for permanent housing. The front office staff has been professional, kind and on hand when we have needed them. The housekeeping staff works hard and also does a great job. Amanda,Melena and Sandeeya, have gone above and beyond with their hospitality and customer service! Amanda has a warm, welcoming personality and Melena is kind and efficient. Celso in the maintenance department is professional, efficient and gets right to work to resolve any maintenance situation. He was also kind to our beloved cats. It's because of this staff, we have stayed as long as we have. If you need to stay 3 days or 3 months, this is a clean, comfortable place to stay. There is laundry on site and kitchen amenities. My adult daughter and I are business professionals and appreciate the access to WiFi. Sincerely, Marina H.
San Ramon Marriott

This hotel is being renovated and the new rooms are great. What sets this hotel apart is the front desk service. I had read trip advisor reviews about Felicie and what an outstanding rep of Marriott that she was, but on this trip I got to find out for myself. Upon check in I happened to get Felicie as my check in person. I told her that she was famous and somewhat of a legend. It’s true- she goes out of her way to ensure that you are properly taken care of. I asked for a renovated room and she immediately took care of it. She even sent an amenity to our room. The Marriott San Ramon is very good, but Felicie makes it outstanding. The hotel is within walking distance of great shops and restaurants, and has a bar and restaurant on premises. Since we have family in the Danville/ San Ramon area, the Marriott will clearly be our hotel of choice for future stays.
Hyatt House San Ramon

A mini apartment with all comforts: kitchen with washing machine, spacious bathroom, axle wardrobe and steam-free. Extremely silent and dipped in the green, provided with swimming pool and fitness room (which we never had the opportunity to use). Breakfast varied and abundant, both sweet and salty. Located in two steps from shopping centres, restaurants and markets.
Residence Inn San Ramon

We only stayed one night, but the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not like was to be told that I was being charged $10 for parking upon checking out. I was never informed during Trip.com's booking, nor during check-in. The front desk attendant did negate the charge, but seemed to do so with hesitance and a look of ”I'm doing a huge favor for you”. She was not openly rude, but it was apparent that my complaint was not well received. I would wholly prefer that this fee is simply included in the cost of the room. As well, the parking in the compact car parking was certainly that - compact! I was driving a 2022 Genesis (a compact car) and the spaces are a bit cramped (yes, other compact vehicles were beside me).

The room was clean, relatively large, the surrounding environment was very good, and the hotel service was good.
Extended Stay America Suites - San Ramon - Bishop Ranch - East

The environment did not say that there is even a home costco (member card and domestic general) across the road. Breakfast was a mess, except for cakes and sweet to over-baked biscuits, coffee and hot water is a highlight. This hotel (absolutely not a hotel) is equipped with a kitchen and is self-service type, which is used by locals as hotel apartments. The room is cleaned once a week, and everything else has to go to the front desk (pan, coffee machine, towels, etc.). There are no slippers. In addition to the large one and two small pieces of soap in the initial state, one small bottle of used shampoo and several plastic disposable cups.
