A hostel vibe, without the hostel! This pension was perfect - location, staff, room, and clean! WiFi is available. The bathroom was huge and room big enough for 3 single beds! No kettle in room, unfortunately, but cafes were a short walk. We looked down onto one of the main streets, which did pick up some street noise, but hey - you're in Basque, baby! Key drop off was a little confusing, so we left on bed. Loved our stay here!

We loved the place. It was clean and right in the center of everything. Because the location is so central, if you keep the windows open, it will be a bit noisy. The host is very friendly and responsive, accommodating us for a late check-in.

The location was good. However, there was no table or refrigerator in the room, and no tissues or cups were to be found, which is inconvenient for long-term stays.
The windows are double-glazed, so even though it's located in a bar district, you couldn't hear any voices outside.
However, the walls were thin, so you could hear voices from next door and footsteps from above.
For these reasons, it was not a comfortable stay.

The personal service is non-existent, we had to wait more than 1/2 hour for check-out and we almost missed the plane.
