We had an excellent stay at the Mittagskogel hotel in the top season holiday period. The hotel is located at the centre of Mandarfen, right across the street to the Rifflesee lift and the skibus stop for transport to the Pitztaler Gletscher (5 mins). Skischool and lift also across the street. As the hotel has an excellent wellness area with sauna, swimming pool, resting room and an après ski Schirmbar next to the hotel sun terrace: all you could wish for is available at the hotel. The rooms are very clean with plenty of wardrobe space, beds are good, only issue is the pillows which are very thin. The food is truly excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We recommend this hotel for an excellent experience!

Sehr nettes Personal, super Lage direkt an der Riffelseebahn & nur wenige Schritte vom Übungshang, Apres Ski direkt am Hotel, tolles Essen (nicht immer 100% Kind-gerecht), gesamtes Hotel sehr gepflegt & stets sauber, schönes Schwimmbad mit sehr angenehmer/moderner Sauna/Ruhe-Landschaft

Perfekte Skiferien im Pitztal! Direkt an der Talstation der Gondelbahn für direkten Zugang zum Ski und Wandergebiet. Schönes Ambiente, erstlassige Küche, freundliches Personal! Einem erholsamen Urlaub im Mittagskogel steht nichts entgegen! Wir kommen wieder!

Wir möchten uns kurz für den tollen Urlaub bedanken. Unser Naturzimmer war großzügig und einfach nur ganz wunderbar. Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Die Aufstiegsanlagen des Skigebiets liegen direkt vor dem Hotel. Vielleicht sind es 20 m. 😉 Möchte man zum Pitztaler Gletscher, gelangt man dorthin mit dem Bus in ca. 5 Minuten. Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Hotel. Wirklich sehr perfekt. In dem Gebäudekomplex des Hotels befindet sich zudem ein Skiverleih. Hotelgäste erhalten einen Rabatt von 15 %. Das Essen im Hotel war einfach nur wunderbar. Da die Hütten in beiden Skigebieten nicht überragend sind, können wir - wenn es in die Planung zulässt - jedem nur empfehlen, die Mittagsjause auf der Terrasse des Hotels Mittagskogel einzunehmen. Ein zugegebenermaßen sehr persönlicher Aspekt zum Schluss: Wir wollten nach coronabedingter Unmöglichkeit bereits ein Jahr eher in das Hotel kommen. Dann verletzte sich meine Frau schwer, so dass wir gezwungen waren, die bereits erfolgte Buchung zu stornieren. Man berechnete damals keinen Cent, wünschte uns gute Besserung und sagte, dass man sich freuen würde, uns bei anderer Gelegenheit begrüßen zu dürfen. Dies war dann genau ein Jahr später. Preis-Leistung top! Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne. Direkt gegenüber der Rifflseebahn und nur zwei Stationen zum Gletscher. Wir geniessen unsere Ferien sehr - grosse saubere Zimmer, gepflegter Wellnessbereich, tolles Essen und super nettes Personal. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

Wieso wir uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl fühlen? Weil wir von lieben Leuten umsorgt werden, die jeden Tag gut gelaunt einen persönlichen Service leisten. Weil die Zimmer und die ganze Hotelanlage sehr sauber sind. Weil uns das gute Essen und der schön kredenzte Wein so mundet. Weil es auch bei Schlechtwetter mit dem Hallenbad und Spa Alternativen bietet. Weil uns die topp Lage so gut gefällt - direkt gegenüber der Talstation. Uns überzeugt das Gesamtpaket und wir kommen wieder!

Fantische hotel, mooi centraal maar ook rustig gelegen, tegenover de kabelbaan naar de Rifflsee, de bushalte voor de deur, dichtbij de gletscherbaan naar Cafe 3440, het hoogst gelegen café. Rustige plek in het dal waar veel wandelmogelijkheden zijn. Uitstekend, vriendelijk personeel die je echt thuis laat voelen. Zeer goede keuken met veel verrassende gerechten. Ook het schoonmaakteam is top. Goede tips om de omgeving te gaan verkennen. Heerlijk zwembad om na het wandelen bij te komen. Kamer is super, mooi balkon, lekkere bedden. Kortom, alles tijdens ons verblijf van 2 weken was super, echt een aanrader.
