Facilities are okay. Rooms are dirty though.

Hotel is dated, and in a fairly remote area. In a pinch it worked but you definitely need a car. Hotel did not tell me there’s be a charge for coffee, even though I was there for two mornings. I only found out when I got an email fromTrip.com. Not the proper way to do business, should have been told at the time I was there so I could have had a choice.
Would not recommend or return to this property.

Hotel Porto Castello for the way my partner and I lived it, we can guarantee that it was a unique experience! Transfer service to the airport for a fee, but to and from Fira the shuttle was free and departed from about 8 in the morning until midnight with intervals of 2 hours. We booked overnight accommodation only, so I can't comment on what to eat. In summary, therefore, for anyone who reads my review, I can assure you that those who choose Porto Castello will not regret it, also given the strategic position in the center of Santorini and therefore every destination is easily accessible, obviously by renting a means of transport that can also be booked in the structure. . If I ever go back to Santorini I know where to go! FANTASTIC !!!

I had a pleasure to stay in Porto Castello September 18-21. In my opinion : good location , near the beach , good size swimming pool, spacious facilities in comparison with Fira’s accommodations , peaceful and quiet place. We could hear the sea waves from our balcony at night. We love the free transportation to and from the hotel to Fira daily. I highly recommend this hotel.

Calm & tranquil hotel with a pool, and one minute walk to the sea. Quiet & peaceful, away from all the madness.
There's a free shuttle service to/from Fira every three hours.
There are various breakfasts served untill 12pm. You can also order from a take away menu for lunch and dinner.
Cindy and George are lovely.
The only negative for me was smoking is allowed in the rooms..

Nice clean property. Some flights to Santorini arrive at 2am and this property has a paid shuttle to the airport and a 24 hour concierge which is very nice.
