The location of the hotel is very convenient, as you walk out onto the main street. The service in the hotel is very good. Although the swimming pool is not big, it looks beautiful (I didn't have time to enjoy it). The breakfast is also good. However, the hotel room is average. There is a large mirror directly opposite the bed, which is a bit strange. The wash basin in the toilet is very small, smaller than that in Hong Kong, only as big as a palm 😂 This is something I didn't expect. The so-called rooms with balconies are public spaces outside. Our room just faced the public corridor. Without the curtains, you would be able to see the room whenever you enter and leave the hotel. If you want privacy, don’t book it.

The hotel's environment is very good, the waiter's attitude is also very good, when checking in, led a circle of the hotel to do the introduction, how to use the room to teach it again; breakfast variety is not much but the product is very good, the bubble pool every day Someone is doing cleaning; the downside is that the hotel is not on the edge of the cliff and can't see the sunset. On the last day, I found a super-affected mood when I packed my bags: I found a pair of men's underwear on the back of the TV.

The hotel is very new, the room is large, the view is good, the facilities are complete, it belongs to the resort form, there is a battery car to assist in the delivery of luggage, there are many swimming pools, the outdoor landscape is super beautiful, you can walk to the nearby town of Fira, a very cost-effective hotel.

There are few people in Santorini during the off-season. The room is clean, the swimming pool is hot, breakfast is optional and you can definitely eat enough. The beer and drinks in the refrigerator are free. The scenery is first-class

The key point is that if you bring children, you must choose 3 people, otherwise you will have to pay extra at the last minute! The lady at the front desk of the hotel is still very friendly, and the restaurant staff also greeted you with a smile. The location is a little off, a few hundred meters away from Fira, but this road is a small road, and it’s a bit scary to go there too late There are not many varieties of breakfast, but if you go late, there will be nothing to eat. There was no fruit that day, and I asked the staff to finish it. It’s a five-star hotel and more than 2,000 a night. It’s true that they didn’t add breakfast when it’s gone... Other things are good and the kids are having a lot of fun

This is a delightful hotel. The staff was all very friendly, my room was spacious and clean, lots of hot water, comfy bed, nice table work area, pretty (but unheated) pool, terraces just off my room, good wifi connection, and a very nice breakfast in a sunny space. I was a bit chilly (being early April), but found a couple extra blankets to sleep soundly. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful, and enabled me to find good restaurants and activities, as well as watching my bags after I checked out until my ride to the port. Efharistó !

we stayed in superior room caldera view, the view was very nice indeed and room lovely, it has the santorini cave vibe. room clean, bathroom clean, hot water at any time. breakfast is not buffet, but they serve you lots of food and various, average quality, terrible coffee 😅 swimming pool sometimes is closed, sometimes it is opened, they do not have a fixed schedule which is a bit annoying if you are really into using the pool. the pool is big and it has a nice view. location is perfect, 10 minutes from the bus station, in the center, on the cliff with a great view of the volcano

The hotel housekeeping was average but lacking in security as there was no staff in attendance during my 4 days stay there. There was only a cleaning lady there during the morning fr 930am. But when we came back fr our daily outings at 2pm, there were not a soul. We felt very unsafe as there was no staff around during the day or night. Guests were left unsecured in an unmanned hotel premise day and over the night. Entrance to the hotel are easily accessible as there are nobody at the reception counter. Will not recommend anyone to patronise such an irresponsible business premise.

The location is right next to the blue-domed cathedral, and it only takes 1 minute to walk to watch the sunset. The hotel also has its own parking lot. The overall location and service are very good. If you are short on time and stay here, you can see the town of Fira by walking.

Three stars for the guy at reception who was super nice and all other friendly staff. Two missing stars for their mean boss who is so unresonable. The hotel was remodeled two weeks ago before we checked in so all rooms smell, more or less. I asked whether we can discuss about canceling one night since my mom has asthma and she just can't deal with the smell. The boss was straight and non-negociable, so be it, bye bye, never back.感谢携程官方协调退房及补偿！
