It's about a 10-minute walk from the Fira bus station to the hotel, right by the roadside, so you don't have to drag your suitcase uphill. Breakfast is diagonally opposite the hotel, also by the roadside. It's not a buffet; they give you a menu to choose from, and that's what you get. The room was quite clean, and there was a small outdoor soaking tub. Although we specifically booked a room with an outdoor tub, there were strong winds (level 6) on the day we arrived in Santorini, and the water temperature in the outdoor tub was only about 28°C, so we were worried about catching a cold and decided against it. The owner is a young, handsome guy who will explain how to use everything. Bottled water and tea bags are free. On the day we checked out, a kitten even wandered into the room—so adorable! If there are any downsides, it's that the bathroom doesn't have a fan, so the whole room felt a bit damp after showering, and the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

I stayed in two rooms and was very satisfied with the environment, hygiene, breakfast, and location. I recommend that you make an appointment with the hotel for airport pick-up. If you take a taxi or drive yourself, Santorini may be difficult to find. If you drive yourself, you should ask the hotel in advance about parking locations. Parking is not allowed at the hotel entrance.
