The room smelled. We changed rooms many times and asked the staff to come up and check. We called a cleaning lady, but she insisted that there was no smell. She asked me what I wanted and kept asking me what I wanted. She put her hands on her hips. I said we could either change rooms or check out, and then she kept asking me what I wanted. The service is the worst I have ever stayed at Atour. I had to rush three times to deliver things. I waited until after 9 o'clock until after 10 o'clock. I did laundry twice. The wrong clothes were delivered the first time and I called the front desk three times to find them twice. The clothes were delivered for washing the next morning. I was promised to wait for an hour, but not only were they not washed properly, but after urging me twice to get the clothes, they were not washed. The clothes were sent back as they were. I was really speechless. When I was getting ready to go out early in the morning and passed by the front desk, three or four employees openly talked about the guests and made comments and complaints. The management really needs to be improved. The only thing that made people feel comfortable was the restaurant. The service was quite enthusiastic.
