The hygiene was appalling. There was trash strewn all over the room. The person on the bottom bunk had their bed light on all night, staying up past 4 AM, playing music loudly on their phone, and smoking in bed. I was woken up twice by the smoke, once at 2 AM and again at 4 AM. When I asked them to stop, they claimed they were using it to repel mosquitoes. Thanks, I guess I was the one who got repelled first!

I am very unhappy with the service. I booked for two nights but I needed to cancel one night. I did so within the time limit. However, since I only wanted to cancel one night instead of both, they charged me for both! I don't know or care how the eternal system works. I was cheated for a day. Look at their list of rules, their prices for water. They seem miserable. And it was hard to flag anyone down. They need to learn to be more honest in their dealings.
