I stayed at this Resort for my birthday. Sally was kind enough to gift me a birthday cake. Her customer service is top tier. Friendly and ensure all was ok. The location is not bad, 30 minutes out from the airport. There are many activities to do near the resort so that was a plus.

My stay at this hotel was a good one. The hotel looks so beautiful at nights. The hotel is like 35-40 minutes away from the airport. There are activities that can be done at the hotel, such as helicopter rides. The view from the room is breathtaking. I was a bit sad that I was not able to fully use all the facilities at the hotel due to the surprisingly cold weather. The room was okay, I wish it had a bit more colour and beauty. The room was clean for the most part and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Fruits and drinks were offered. Breakfast was good and the food available for room service was also good. Overall a good stay.

We stayed 4 days and we had a great time, nice beaches, relaxing time great sea food. Sally from the hotel speak english and she was very helpful. Very large rooms with excellent view.

Awesome hotel. Very beautiful and clean. Gorgeous ocean views and delicious western breakfast. The concierge can arrange shuttle service to take you to the water activities and the helicopter experience. Very friendly and helpful staff no matter the time of day! Highly recommend!

This place was too nice and we extended the stay and took advantage of the low season prices. The hotel room was cheaper than the cost of the breakfast. i.e. very good value if you want a nice place to stay. Views are amazing from the balcony. Make sure you don't leave anything overnight on the Balcony as it will likely get blown away if there's wind. Nice there are umbrellas for us to use from the room as it was raining a couple of the days we were there.

Floors are dirty when come in times, the ceiling contain the black mould which the whole room I can definitely smell musty. The toilet experience was horrible as I can see they never scrub the floor nor the wall. The bed also contain bed bugs😓, it’s kinda disappointing because I would have love the colour of the building from far. Sadly the bar on top of the highest floor serving not so fresh alcohol (hard liquor). The reception don’t even suggest places to go nor introduce us to Sanya. Maybe they don’t expect tourist anymore I guess

Good location , inside nice , good service

The only good thing about this hotel was Sally the Guest Relations Manager, who was lovely and empathetic to her guests. The hotel itself needs major improvements if it wants to attract international visitors which is what the Hainanese government are promoting! Unlike the TRIP.com site getting it wrong, no the staff cannot speak English, if you don’t have WeChat you cannot communicate. The staff quite frankly need educating, they will interrupt your meal to tell you to pay on the spot, nothing is charged to your room? I find this does not allow me to enjoy my holiday, just makes me feel like a criminal & distrusted! The pool cabanas are full of toxic mould, the pool needs new tiles and a high pressure hose to clean the whole area! The 33rd floor Sky Lounge views are great and building lights are impressive, however the whole place from management to reception staff, waiters, bar staff, room cleaners all need educating on international hotel standards & must be trained in learning English for Tourism & Hospitality!
