Pullman Hotel is our favorite place on Yalong Bei in Sanya. Very cozy and comfortable villas on a large territory. From the beginning of check-in to the end of our vacation the best assistant is a hotel employee named Jeffery. He is always in touch with you and solves your questions very quickly. The attention of this man speaks of his professional training and desire to provide tourists with a comfortable vacation.
The hotel has the most inexpensive bbq buffet
However, there is a wish for the hotel owners to install pool heating equipment for the winter period. Alternative energy sources will help in this easily

We rented a villa with a pool for a few days. Loved the location, 5-10 minutes walk to the sea. Beautiful beach and very clean sea. The hotel pleased with its hospitality, cleanliness and quality of service. Varied breakfast, bonus was dinner bbq. Very responsive manager Edward was always on call, very helpful to my family with any questions. We stayed at villa 7007 from December 6 to December 9. Please note the quality of cleaning of our villa.

the hotel is nicely located, near beach (if they provide shuttle escort service will be better) and night markets. but the facilities are kind of old & broken(EG. slide of the pool and tiles in the room and public area), need to remodel to upgrade the hotel.
Front office staff Libby is very helpful with prompt response and good attitude.
However, there is another staff Eva at the front office always has a black face and not polite. she even put her leg on the chair at the front office. should educate her for a better service quality.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I think generally it’s a nice hotel with cool architecture but still maybe it’s a bit overrated because there were some things that shouldn’t be in this kind of hotel.
The room was nice in general but still you could see some parts were repaired not really careful, the wall behind the TV was a bit dirty or repaired unwell, I could still see some splashes there. There were no paper for writing notes neither the pen or pencil. The water was some kind of strange brand or even advertising. The floor wasn’t clean even after cleaning my feet were a bit dirty and the sofa had some stains too…
Some amenities of the hotel were closed for use, such as the upper pool and sky jacuzzi.
Anyways it was a nice stay but those details are still making it a bit disappointing…

Wonderful hotel ! the villa we took had 2 big rooms with a private swimming pool.
The personel was very helpful and kind. Breakfast had good selection.
We went to the buffet for dinner. it was correct even if you can have better choice outside.
It's just a bit pity there is no direct access to the beach from the hotel but the shuttle drivers dropped us in the nearest location ( about 10 min walk from there)

Couple of days with the family. Villa was great and happy with the private pool. Food court 1 minute walk from hotel with big range of cuisine. Beach 5 minute walk. Breakfast reasonable. Would stay again.

The experience was really great and having Sir Edward as our personal manager it was really easy to get the information and help about the amenities and the places to visit in Sanya.
Would really recommend everyone for the stay in Pullman Yalong Bay Sanya.
