The hotel is located in the city center, close to Changfeng Market and Sports Plaza. It is very convenient for shopping and dining, and it is very lively at night. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a spacious underground parking lot. The breakfast is rich and delicious.

The overall environment is good, the external environment is beautiful; the lobby is acceptable, and the elevator is poor. The restaurant is poor, like a large canteen, without individual seats; poor in the morning, with less variety, which is not in line with a 4-diamond hotel; the fresh air system is not good, the windows cannot be opened, and the bathroom cannot be exhausted; the bed is very good, and the single bed is 1.35 meters spacious , Good curtains, electric, blinds...the hotel is in a good location, the parking is okay, but the underground garage does not seem to be renovated, which is not in line with the grade of the hotel... Tongchuan Building is a business hotel operated by a state-owned enterprise. The lobby is simple, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. 設施：房間全部都是封閉窗 有新風系統 但是新風系統的聲音真是一言難盡 這麼説吧 呼隆隆的還關不了 服務：早餐品類很少 九點就結束了 服務員會偷偷吃餐枱上的食品 總體來説 不推薦 也不會再入住

房間設施比較齊全，衞生保持的還可以，酒店的環境不錯，地理位置挺好，交通便利，環境幽靜，服務人員熱情周到。

我今天再次點評。 酒店客房衞生不徹底，還有上次提到的服務問題，現在2024年了，希望你們能改進，送外賣的小哥也是服務行業，也不容易，職業不分貴*，你們把外賣員攔住不讓給送餐，你們酒店前台服務員答覆讓客人自己下樓取，你們不接觸餐食，最後在我反覆溝通下才給我送上樓，那麼我請問，住酒店的客人自己掏錢住酒店，又不是白住，你們體現的服務在哪裡？你們即使不想派人送，難道不能改進買機器人給住客送？這次前台服務態度有所改變。希望你們能真的做到改進，而不是敷衍回覆的了，而事實還是該咋樣就是咋樣。
