Pool wasn’t working. The gym had to be accessed across a dangerous work site on the roof. When I raised it the hotel simply said they’d notified their partners but I showed them the trip website and there was no information there. Best location in Jardins but not much to remember

Great location, with several services nearby and an excellent location in SP.

Отличное расположение гостиницы в хорошем районе города. Утром в рабочие дни будят звуки вертолетов за окном. Не понравился бассейн-очень маленький, на крытой террасе в зоне бассейна очень душно летом.

地處Faria Lima，安全性是非常不錯的，而且周圍有非常多的好的餐廳。酒店設施中規中矩，不過餐廳出品的質量還是蠻不錯的，早餐和晚餐都比較好，不想出去吃飯在酒店也是不錯的選擇。

Hotel bem localizado, com quarto espaçoso e ótima ducha no banheiro. Café da manhã farto e saboroso.

SUPERB value at weekend rate. SUPERB Breakfast . SUPERB Service, EXCEPT My criticism is the fanfare over an upgrade where floor height is hotels interpretation of VIP upgrade and yet 801 or 1811 are exactly the same room. With Gold ******* experience i can generally tell hotel occupancy . But hotel would not give a green city view despite the fact it's pretty much the same size room all round this hotel. I endorse a lot of reviews that i saw prior to this visit. But its value is superb. Why the big deal about an upgrade to exactly the same room?

Excellent option for vacation and business stays. The hotel restaurant was surprisingly great, breakfast is excellent with lots of options. The hotel is very clean, service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is central and safe. The bedroom was very large and comfortable! And quiet! Love it!

I stayed with my mother for 5 days. It is not the first time. Service y staff are just excellent from the moment you arrive.

The Staff made the Hotel! Reception, Bar, Bellboys, everybody was extremely friendly and helpful
