"Fantastic location! Just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room was even cleaner than I expected, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! The front desk lady was incredibly warm, like an old friend. She even upgraded us to a family room when she saw we had a child and hand-drew a map of the surrounding area. The attention to detail was truly heartwarming!"

"Extremely satisfied! The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. I tried the Hanfu experience once, and the Hanfu outfits were very clean. The staff was incredibly patient while I tried on several sets. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The service was absolutely excellent! And the scenic spot shuttle (8:00-20:00)? Nothing to say but thumbs up!"

"Came to Hengdian with my family and booked a family room and a standard room. The layout and decor were great, clean and hygienic. The front desk staff were also very thoughtful and attentive to our needs, always resolving any issues promptly. The hotel is very close to the scenic area, making it convenient to go out for meals. It was a shame it was cloudy and rainy when we arrived in Hengdian, but the accommodation experience was still very good. Worth coming back again."

"Despite the amenities being a bit dated, my stay at Hengdian Yihe Hotel (Qinwang Palace Dream Branch) was thoroughly enjoyable and I would not hesitate to give it a good rating. The hotel's greatest strength is its unbeatable location. It's very close to the Qin Palace and Qingming Shang He Tu scenic spots, which is incredibly convenient for exploring. While the furnishings are older, the entire property is very well-maintained and clean. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, particularly the receptionist. She was incredibly friendly and patient, answering all our questions and offering excellent recommendations for attractions. Another nice touch was the unlimited supply of bottled water provided by the hotel. For dining options, we found several Halal Lanzhou noodle shops within a 1.5km to 5km radius. Getting around was easy and affordable using Didi. If you prioritise modern, luxurious rooms, this might not be for you. But if you value a prime location, cleanliness, and outstandingly friendly service, this hotel is an excellent choice."

"Pretty good! I booked for two nights and then extended for another. I visited during the off-season, so the room rate was very affordable. I booked the cheapest room, and they kindly upgraded us, which was wonderful. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, providing us with unlimited bottled water, and their service was prompt. The hotel was renovated two years ago, so everything is relatively new, cozy, and comfortable. The area nearby is quite bustling with plenty of food options; the small shops downstairs all serve delicious food. It's also convenient to get to all the tourist attractions by taxi. There were a couple of minor downsides, though. First, the bathroom drain had a bad odor, mainly because the toilet's plumbing wasn't properly installed during construction. Also, the soundproofing was just average. I booked two rooms next to each other and could hear my family talking, even recognizing their voices. However, since there were no other guests staying next to us, it wasn't really an issue."

"I rarely write reviews, even though I've stayed in many hotels, but this one is truly excellent. The hotel environment is great, the property is spacious, and the rooms are large. For the price, it offers really good value. The only slight drawback might be that it's a bit far from the film studio, but taxis are readily available, and if you're driving, it's very close to the highway exit, so that's not really an issue. What I really want to emphasize is the service – it was absolutely superb! A special thank you to the front desk lady and the security guard at the entrance. I had left my luggage at the hotel and returned late from the scenic spot. To make sure I caught my train, I called ahead and asked the front desk to get my luggage ready. When our taxi arrived at the hotel, the front desk lady had already placed our luggage at the entrance, and she must have been waiting for us for quite a while. The security guard even helped us load our luggage into the car. I'm truly grateful; without their help, we probably would have missed our high-speed train. We left in such a hurry to catch the train that I forgot to ask for the employee IDs of the lady and the gentleman. We were guests checking out on April 6th. Thank you both again!"

"We stayed at the Floral Hotel beside Dream Valley during Chinese New Year, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in China. While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area. Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable. But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip. Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels. All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation."

The breakfast selection was extensive, featuring my favorite fried eggs and bacon, along with a great variety of fresh fruit. The room was clean, bright, and stylishly furnished, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, proactively assisting with any issues and even recommending interesting places to visit nearby. They even offered chilled sour plum soup in the summer – they truly know how to take care of their guests! I'll definitely be back!"

"The hotel is well-equipped, featuring a gym and laundry facilities (washing machines and dryers). Parking is free. The decor is lovely, and the rooms are spotless. Xiao Zhang at the front desk was fantastic and even gave me a complimentary room upgrade! It's also super close to Dream Valley and Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival. Highly recommend!"
