"We checked in the day before the Dragon Boat Festival. The hotel called us in the morning to ask about our arrival time and offered to recommend local attractions. In the afternoon, they even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a lake-view room. The room was spacious, and the balcony was huge. It was raining at the time, so sitting on the balcony and watching the misty, cloud-shrouded Immortal Lake was absolutely delightful. The breakfast quality was also excellent, and we had dinner at the hotel too, which was clearly prepared with great care. The hotel is right at the entrance of the Black Tea Valley scenic area, and they even waived the parking fee for our visit there."

"The service of Qihu Hotel was very considerate. They upgraded me to two lake view rooms for free and also gave me free fruits. The hotel room was also very nice, clean and tidy. When we checked out, the front desk staff helped us carry our luggage to the parking lot, and also gave us tea and several bottles of water for us to drink during the trip. A very good experience! Must praise + recommend!"
