"This hotel is actually a guesthouse located in a residential area. It's about a 25-minute walk to Puji Temple, requiring you to go through a tunnel. The services offered are quite practical, especially the shuttle service to and from the pier. You can add the front desk on WeChat, and they'll transfer your luggage from the pier to the guesthouse upon arrival at Putuo Mountain. On your departure day, you can leave your luggage at the guesthouse, and they'll send it directly to the pier, which saves a lot of time. The room was decent, not very large, but the facilities were practical, the water pressure was good, and it was clean. As for the price, I personally found it a bit high, but I understand that Putuo relies on these few months to make a profit."

"Traveling during the May Day holiday, this pet-friendly hotel left me a bit underwhelmed, perhaps due to my high expectations. Parking was limited, so I'd advise against driving if possible. One evening, the underground garage was full, and I was asked to park in a distant overflow lot. Unfortunately, the shuttle service wasn't well-coordinated, which was a minor annoyance. The driveways were also very narrow, making passing difficult and definitely not beginner-driver friendly. The 'pet-friendly' aspect also fell short. Some of the sofas in the outdoor pet dining area were badly mildewed (I took photos but decided not to post them after the hotel waived the pet cleaning fee when I mentioned it at check-out). The hotel's landscaping was poor; there wasn't even a suitable place to walk my dog. I had high hopes for the pet menu, but even during May Day, they were out of stock, with only one option available. Unfortunately, my dog had already eaten beef that day, so we couldn't try it. The breakfast selection was very limited, and the quality wasn't great, which doesn't align with a resort hotel's positioning. Soundproofing was also an issue; in the mornings, I could hear square dancing music, and in the afternoons, the noisy children's play area was clearly audible, even with the windows closed. There's also nothing to see or do around the hotel, further contradicting its resort status. The only positive was that the hot tub filled up quickly, making for a decent soak."

"Choosing the Pullman Zhoushan for this trip was an excellent decision! The hotel boasts a prime beachfront location with stunning panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering incredible views of the sea and Mount Putuo right from your bed. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and made check-in quick and seamless. The location is superb, close to seafood stalls and the Mount Putuo ferry terminal, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. With a complete range of facilities including a swimming pool and a gym with sea views, my overall stay was perfect. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zhoushan!"

"This trip to Mount Putuo in Zhoushan with my friends was incredibly relaxing and comfortable, much more so than I'd anticipated, thanks to our stay at the Zen-inspired Ruyige Hotel. The hotel boasts an overall Chinese Zen design. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're enveloped in a quiet and serene atmosphere. The wooden structures, courtyard landscaping, and subtle fragrance – every detail exudes quality, making it the perfect place to find peace and unwind on Mount Putuo. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the pier, which was very convenient. We stayed in a family room in the back mountain area this time. It was much quieter than the main building, and we had beautiful mountain views and lush greenery right outside our window. Although there was a short uphill walk, the hotel staff kindly helped with our luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. The room details also added a sense of ritual. Besides complimentary drinking water, they provided calligraphy paper, brushes, and an inkstone for copying scriptures. It was drizzling that day, so we listened to the rain and quietly copied scriptures in our room, feeling ourselves slowly calm down. The wooden bathtub and foot spa basin were also huge pluses; after soaking our feet in the evening, we slept incredibly well. The hotel also offers many experiential activities, such as scripture copying, morning and evening lessons, and sachet making, which are perfect for experiencing the Zen lifestyle of Mount Putuo at a leisurely pace with friends. What I loved most was that it's only about a seven-minute walk from the hotel to Puji Temple. Along the way, there are coffee shops and mountain scenery to enjoy, making for a very pleasant stroll and chat. I highly recommend the Yuanzhi Yuanwei restaurant directly opposite the hotel. We went twice in a row because the food was excellent. However, it gets very crowded during mealtimes on weekends, so it's best to go early. This trip to Mount Putuo with my friends wasn't about rushing through an itinerary; it was more about slowing down, quieting the mind, and savoring the present moment. I'm so glad we could spend such comfortable and healing days at Ruyige. I'd love to come back again."

The soundproofing in the rooms is fantastic; once you close the door, you're completely isolated from the outside hustle and bustle. The view from the window is also lovely, with an expansive vista that really brightens your mood in the morning. "I deliberately chose this Zen theme hotel, which exceeded expectations. The hotel decoration abandons the complicated decoration, mainly in simple Chinese Zen style, logs, cotton and hemp are matched with each other, and the impetuousness of the outside world is isolated when you step into the hotel. The rooms are spotless, the space is open, the bedding is skin-friendly, and the quality of sleep is particularly good. The room is equipped with tea sets, and it is very pleasant to sit and enjoy tea in your leisure time. The hotel's public courtyard and lounge area are designed with ingenuity, quiet and elegant. The staff is modest and generous, will not be overly enthusiastic to disturb, and have a timely response to needs. The location is convenient, and you can enjoy a quiet one. Whether it is a holiday or a short break, it is very suitable and worth staying repeatedly."

"The hotel in the summer vacation is really expensive, and I will book a homestay if I don't go. The proprietress was very polite. She added WeChat to inform the nearby delicious shops without leaving, and the room on Wednesday was not very full and gave me a room. But it didn't take long to enter the room and the skin was broken along the bed, and then the aunt and the baby were also licked one after another. I hope this design can be adjusted. The most depressing thing is that at midnight, there are residents upstairs quarreling, going up and down the stairs, and the sleepiness of being noisy instantly. This time I took the baby and left without doing any strategy. To be honest, this small Wushitang, the goose* stone beach, is not suitable for children to play. There is domestic sewage discharge, the sea water nearby smells bad, and there are no crabs in the stone pile, small bugs everywhere. If I go to Zhujiajian next time, I will definitely book a hotel in Nansha."

The wooden decor felt warm and calming. The balcony offered unparalleled views, allowing us to watch the sunrise and the ocean right from the bed. It also came with a large bathtub that my child absolutely loved; with the bathroom door fully open, they could even watch TV while soaking – pure bliss! Kids' toiletries were provided, and the entire room was spotless. Our booking also included two complimentary tickets, and we chose the water park this time. Being heated year-round, we didn't have to worry about the weather, making it super convenient for entertaining the kids. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It truly offers a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and accommodation, delivering an absolutely amazing experience. Highly recommend!"
