"I spontaneously decided to visit Zhoushan, and my usual hotel was fully booked. I noticed the newly opened Angsana hotel, part of the Banyan Tree group, and it was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, with rooms overlooking the sea and backed by the mountain. Each room has its own hot spring bath, and the environment is excellent. Upon check-in, Sarah and Mia, two lovely ladies, very patiently explained the hotel's facilities and some of the family-friendly activities. They even escorted us to the elevator for our room floor, which was a very thoughtful touch. 🥰 Thank you!"

"The view of the sea and Zhujiajian Bridge was stunning, especially on a sunny afternoon when we arrived. We were also allowed to bring our dog. The female owner was very welcoming, and the underground parking wasn't as inconvenient as some reviews suggested. It's located at the main entrance between buildings 3 and 4, leading directly to building 4. There are signs, although there are only a few spaces available. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room this season. Although it was November, the humidity meant the windows could only be opened slightly, making the room stuffy and sweaty due to condensation. Everything else was great."

Service is warm and efficient, especially thanks to Mingo, who is thoughtful, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel enjoys a convenient location, great facilities, and delicious breakfast. A truly pleasant stay, highly recommended for business and leisure trips."

"I absolutely loved this hotel! It's super close to Puji Temple and offers butler service and pier transfers, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The annex building is beautifully traditional, and our room was quiet, clean, and had a lovely Zen ambiance. I especially enjoyed the seating area on the veranda – perfect for admiring the old trees and escaping the heat during the day, and for a peaceful nap listening to the rain at night. A wonderful surprise was finding out the hotel has its own Zen hall where you can attend classes, and a cultural exhibition hall with truly beautiful displays."

"Staying at the Westin Zhoushan again was a fantastic overall vacation experience. The hotel environment is tranquil, with well-maintained green spaces that are perfect for a relaxing stroll. The room hygiene was impeccable; the bedding was soft and clean, the bathroom had no odors, and even the corner details were tidy. The hotel facilities are well-kept, with excellent pools and public amenities that provide a comfortable user experience. The service was also very warm, with prompt responses and thoughtful attention to detail, handling any requests quickly. The Marriott gift shop items are adorable and make for great souvenirs to take home. The newly added self-service store is very practical and convenient for last-minute purchases. This hotel is ideal for a short, relaxing getaway, and I would recommend it to friends. I look forward to my next visit!"

"Traveling to Zhoushan is too important to the hotel, the Amaner designer hotel experience exceeded expectations ✨ The hotel is located in Lincheng Happy Bay, facing the first-line sea view. It is really beautiful to watch the sunset of the Hong Kong Island Bridge in the evening. The 12th floor high-altitude cafe has a full viewing atmosphere, just like a cruise deck. The overall French designer style, exquisite details, the lobby, the spiral stairs are all beautiful. The room space is open, the floor-to-ceiling window viewing experience is great, the hygiene is very good, the bedding is soft and sleeps well, the Dyson hair dryer and quality care are all equipped, and the welcome fruit is prepared for the stay, which is very intimate. Downstairs is the plank road of the seaside park, you can take a walk to the sea; self-driving parking is convenient, and the drive to Cangzhi Wharf and Putuo Mountain is moderate. The breakfast is rich in variety and the Zhoushan seafood noodles are delicious. Infinity pool, gym, self-service laundry room are all available. The staff is polite and caring and responds promptly. Whether it is a couple's trip or a family trip, it is highly recommended. The experience is full and worthy of five-star praise!"

"For my Zhoushan trip, I decisively chose to stay at the Sheraton Zhoushan Hotel, and the overall experience was truly amazing. It definitely lives up to its reputation as a top-tier hotel in Zhoushan. My entire stay was comfortable and delightful; whether it was the environment, cleanliness, or service, everything completely met five-star standards. A perfect experience! The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated in the core area of Lincheng, making transportation very convenient. There's ample parking for self-driving guests, which is very convenient. It's an appropriate distance from major scenic spots and terminals, making trips to Putuoshan and Zhujiajian worry-free. The surrounding environment is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The lobby is high-end and grand, spacious yet elegant, with a lightly luxurious and stable overall decor that creates a fantastic ambiance. The staff are highly professional; upon entering, a bellhop proactively guided me, and the front desk staff, particularly Fantay, handled my check-in quickly and efficiently. Their service was gentle and meticulous, with a friendly and polite attitude. Any questions I had were answered patiently, and the entire service was attentive and thoughtful, making me feel incredibly comfortable. The guest rooms are spacious and well-ventilated, with a logical layout, excellent natural light, and great views. The room was spotlessly clean, with meticulous attention to hygiene details; there was no dust in the corners and no unpleasant odors. The bedding was clean, soft, dry, and tidy. Sheraton's bedding is incredibly comfortable; the mattress has the perfect firmness, making it very stress-relieving to lie on, ensuring a sound and peaceful night's sleep. The room facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning was silent and kept a consistent temperature, the internet speed was stable, and the toiletries were high-quality. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with ample hot water, making for a very comfortable showering experience. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent, providing strong room privacy. The environment at night was extremely quiet, with no disturbance from hallway noise, leading to very high-quality rest. The hotel's amenities are very comprehensive; the gym and pool facilities are well-equipped, clean, and tidy. I could exercise and relax during my leisure time, making it very suitable for a relaxing vacation. The breakfast quality exceeded expectations even more. The dishes were rich and fresh, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a full range of Chinese and Western options. There were also authentic local Zhoushan snacks. Ingredients were freshly replenished daily, with a wide variety of choices, including fruits, desserts, and beverages. The taste was excellent and suitable for all ages. The overall stay experience was extremely satisfying. The hotel's hardware was top-notch, it was clean, the service was warm-hearted, and the location was superb. The overall value for money is very competitive among five-star hotels in Zhoushan. It's incredibly suitable for couples, family holidays, or short trips. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zhoushan!"

"We were quite apprehensive after seeing so many negative reviews, so we went in with a 'go with the flow' attitude. Our butler, No. 2, was incredibly helpful. Someone even met us specifically at the pier. They were always responsive to our needs. Since we had a baby, they prepared a baby cot for us in advance and kindly allowed us to extend our check-out time. The pier transfers were also very convenient; they helped us transport our luggage to the lobby as we had a lot with the baby. Overall, we weren't really dissatisfied with anything. The lady at the front desk, Chenxiang, was so lovely and lucky; the baby immediately went to her when she held out her arms! 😄 The portions at the restaurant were huge, which really surprised me! 🫶🏻 We didn't get to ride in the legendary pickup truck though! 😄 To be fair, the soundproofing isn't great, but after all the walking and prayers, we were so tired that we fell asleep instantly. So grateful!"
