The rooms are spacious and spotless, with comprehensive amenities. The public hot spring area boasts an elegant ambiance, making for a wonderfully relaxing soak. It's also very convenient for self-driving to Mount Putuo and Wugongzhi Pier. I particularly want to commend the front desk staff. Their demeanor during check-in was gentle and professional. They patiently and thoroughly explained routes, attractions, and hotel facilities when we inquired, offering practical suggestions and responding promptly to our requests. The entire reception process was calm, thoughtful, and incredibly detail-oriented, allowing us to shed our travel fatigue as soon as we arrived. The hotel's overall service struck a perfect balance – warm without being intrusive. This Zhoushan vacation was significantly enhanced by the attentive service from the front desk, making it a truly healing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a getaway to Putuo."

"The view of the sea and Zhujiajian Bridge was stunning, especially on a sunny afternoon when we arrived. We were also allowed to bring our dog. The female owner was very welcoming, and the underground parking wasn't as inconvenient as some reviews suggested. It's located at the main entrance between buildings 3 and 4, leading directly to building 4. There are signs, although there are only a few spaces available. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the room this season. Although it was November, the humidity meant the windows could only be opened slightly, making the room stuffy and sweaty due to condensation. Everything else was great."

"The Hilton brand itself guarantees quality. I stayed in a deluxe sea-view room, and the bedding was comfortable, while the bathroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful, answering every question I had. The hotel's swimming pool had crystal clear water, and there were also two small hot spring pools nearby perfect for relaxation. My only minor feedback is that some small fixtures in the room were loose, so I'd suggest the hotel's engineering department regularly inspect and maintain the rooms. Overall, my expectations were met, and I even managed to capture a stunning sunrise over Mount Putuo in the East China Sea from my balcony in the early morning."

"I always stay at Ruyi Pavilion when I come to Putuo Mountain. It's a 10-minute walk to Puji Temple, and the bus stop right outside the temple makes it convenient to get to all the attractions and other places. The commercial street in front of the hotel also offers easy dining options, and the most authentic and value-for-money restaurant on the island is just across the street. All in all, Ruyi Pavilion is the top choice for accommodation on the island. A special thanks to the manager who contacted me via WeChat before I even arrived to inform me about the shuttle bus location, and promptly arranged a shuttle to the pier after check-out. Excellent service!"

"The experience of staying at Zhoushan Amaner Designer Hotel is great. The hotel as a whole is a retro French design style, with a high lobby atmosphere, tiles and blinds with warm light fixtures, exquisite and stylish, and the photos are very good. The supporting facilities are complete, the self-service laundry room is clean and tidy, the gym equipment is complete, and the floor-to-ceiling glass windows can directly see the infinity pool. The open-air infinity pool faces the sea, and it has a taste on rainy days. The top terrace is amazingly designed and the lighting atmosphere is full. Standing on the terrace, you can overlook the sea-crossing bridge and the night view of the bay. The lights and sea surface are all in sight. The hotel service is intimate and thoughtful, the design concept pays attention to comfort, the environment is clean and not noisy, and the whole stay is at ease and relax. The breakfast is rich in variety, many choices, and the quality is online. Hardware, landscape, and services are all online, which is a very good choice for Zhoushan vacation."

"So glad I chose this place. I was a bit sad to leave, and I'll definitely be back! It's a chain hotel from a big brand, and the property management is Greentown, so it has a strong foundation! The location is excellent and convenient for transportation! Even though it's an older hotel, the materials used are solid! The room was very quiet! The view from the balcony was quite expansive! A special thank you to Ms. Ye Yingmeng at the front desk, who was incredibly empathetic! Seeing that I was traveling with an elderly person, she specifically requested an upgrade from the manager! Thank you, manager! The entire hotel team provided excellent service! When I first arrived, the security guard at the entrance and the bellhop, Mr. Chen Hezhong, enthusiastically helped unload our luggage and assisted my elderly companion, which immediately made a great impression! The cleaning lady, Ms. Tang Xiaoying, was especially meticulous; the room organization and cleanliness were superb! The ladies at the executive lounge were very kind, helping to prepare soft, well-cooked noodles for the elderly person every day! The highlight of breakfast was the ramen! I had a bowl every day! The chef was particularly kind! Knowing it was for an elderly person, he pulled the noodles thinly and cooked them until they were very soft!"

"We were quite apprehensive after seeing so many negative reviews, so we went in with a 'go with the flow' attitude. Our butler, No. 2, was incredibly helpful. Someone even met us specifically at the pier. They were always responsive to our needs. Since we had a baby, they prepared a baby cot for us in advance and kindly allowed us to extend our check-out time. The pier transfers were also very convenient; they helped us transport our luggage to the lobby as we had a lot with the baby. Overall, we weren't really dissatisfied with anything. The lady at the front desk, Chenxiang, was so lovely and lucky; the baby immediately went to her when she held out her arms! 😄 The portions at the restaurant were huge, which really surprised me! 🫶🏻 We didn't get to ride in the legendary pickup truck though! 😄 To be fair, the soundproofing isn't great, but after all the walking and prayers, we were so tired that we fell asleep instantly. So grateful!"
