Scenic Hotels in Zigong

"The hotel is only a few hundred yards from the Zigong High Speed Train Station. Although it is far from the downtown of Zigong City, the Zigong High Speed Train Station has buses to the city and many attractions. I walked to the Zigong High Speed Train Station for a few minutes, the Xianshi Old Town for about 20 minutes and the Zigong Lantern and Light World for about an hour. People can get a taxi at the hotel easily. The hotel provides free pickup and drop off services for the Zigong High Speed Train Station for free . The hotel workers are friendly and helpful. Ms. Peng is helpful. She helped me contacting my next hotel, and following up to confirm the pickup service of the next hotel. The hotel email was also responsive and prompt. The hotel and rooms are clean. The hotel provides a free afternoon tea with a little treat. For improvement, it will be helpful if the hotel can provide printed information of public transportation. Since I do not have a Chinese cell phone, the hotel workers helped me to lock on WiFi, which can be improved. All other hotels I stayed in China, people can get WiFi by using the room number and last name. This hotel requires a local mobile phone, for which I don’t have as an international visitor . Overall , I highly recommend this hotel."

"The service isn't worth one point; the system only gives it one point. We checked in around 3 PM, having booked two rooms, but they only gave us one. We had to wait another half hour for the second room to be cleaned. When we asked the front desk what happened, they said it was because their hotel had over 200 rooms to clean. Seriously?! Even if you have 2,000 rooms to clean, what does it have to do with me? I arrived at 3 PM, and you can't provide a room? Are you expecting the guests to pay for your problems? When checking out, I specifically asked the front desk if the license plate number was entered. They said it was fine, but when I drove out, it still wasn't entered, and I had to pay. I had to go back to the front desk to have the license plate number entered again. When I asked why, they said there might have been an error during the entry process. Why didn't they check when I asked? This was the worst stay I've had in recent years; the service was absolutely terrible!"

"This hotel is clean, quiet and cost-effective. Whether it is a business trip or a short trip, it is a choice not to step on thunder. The cold rabbit noodles for breakfast are an unexpected little surprise and the breakfast is rich in variety. The front desk and restaurant lady service is very plus points, has returned to live."

"The 270-degree lake view room is set, but unfortunately Zigong's winter is always foggy, and the beauty of the lake is not clear... The hotel is on the top of the business building, clean and quiet, there is a laundry room, Chinese breakfast is good, the front desk, restaurant and cleaning service are very good, the capsule coffee in the room is very fragrant, It was an unexpected surprise. Afternoon tea has bread cakes and drinks. Zigong has too many specialties so I have not tried it late at night. If the noodles like breakfast should taste great... In short, it was a pleasant stay for 4 nights!"

"The homestay is a single-family house by the lake. This one is in Tulip Park. The environment is beautiful and the room is clean. Because it is in the suburbs, there is no natural gas and the electric water heater is used, so the hot water is a bit slow. The sleeping environment is quiet at night and not noisy at all."

"Great little hotel in a terrible location. The hotel is in a now dead pedestrian shopping area that is under reconstruction. No escalator working, entering through the parking garage in the dark to take the elevator up. When I left even that access was blocked by trucks and steel. Horrible. Not a safe location and was one of the few times in China I have felt uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.  The room was lovely and very quiet. Good laundry facilities, comfortable bed, coffee available. The staff was nice. For now, however, this place is not recommended. Maybe when the construction is finished along the river."

"Environment: A fantastic hotel 🏨, just a wall away from the high-speed rail station. The location feels like it's practically attached to the station. Service: I checked in after 11 PM, and the front desk staff were still very welcoming and even offered complimentary breakfast. Facilities: The only downside is that the hotel offers movie screenings. If I have the chance to come to Zigong again, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended."
