"This is our second visit to Ban Sainai resort Krabhi, first visit was in 2016.. I can say the experience got better.. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort in Krabi. We booked a pond-facing deluxe room, and the views were simply stunning — surrounded by lush greenery, a peaceful pond, and dramatic limestone cliffs that truly make this place special. The cleanliness was excellent, and everything was very well maintained. What stood out the most was the front office team — always smiling, warm, and ready to help with anything. Their hospitality really made us feel welcomed throughout the stay. The location is great — tucked away in nature for peace and relaxation, yet still convenient to reach places like Ao Nang Beach with the resort’s very convenient shuttle service. Breakfast was awesome, with good variety and quality. Another highlight was the swimming pool, which is honestly one of the best we’ve experienced — very scenic and perfectly maintained. Overall, this is one of the best nature resorts we’ve stayed at. Perfect for couples and anyone looking to relax in a serene environment. Highly recommended! Will definitely visit again."

"This hotel is convenient for a layover. It's next to the Central shopping center, about a 7-minute taxi ride away. We booked a room with a pool view but ended up with a view of the parking lot, and in the morning, it turned out to be a construction site, which was a shame since we wanted to sleep in. The pool is clean and open late. I wish they provided disposable toothbrushes."

"We had a very disappointing and disturbing experience during our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, money was stolen from our room. What makes the situation even more concerning is that not all of the cash was taken — exactly half of it was missing. This made it less immediately noticeable, but it was very clear to us that the amount had been deliberately reduced. We always keep track of our belongings, and there is no doubt that the money was taken while we were out. This raises serious concerns about security and trust, especially in a place where guests expect their personal items to be safe. We only discovered the issue later the same day, after we had already checked out of the hotel, which made the situation even more upsetting. Because of this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious with their valuables."

"A great hotel for those looking for peace, comfort, and excellent service. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, yet the hotel remains quiet and relaxing in the evenings. I really liked the variety of swimming pools, and some rooms even come with a private jacuzzi, which is a nice touch. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of dishes from different cuisines. The staff were friendly, professional, and always responded quickly to any requests. I also appreciated the hotel’s modern approach to guest services. They have their own app with all the necessary information, as well as a 24/7 chat service, which made communication very easy. There were a few minor drawbacks: the button to activate the jacuzzi in my room was not working, there was a small amount of mold in the shower, and the price feels slightly high for the overall quality. However, despite these issues, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and believe the hotel deserves the highest rating."

"We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was big, spacious, and comfortable, with a great hot shower which was perfect after long days out exploring. The hotel itself has two swimming pools, both of which were nice places to relax, although only one had cushioned loungers. Breakfast had a good variety of options each morning, so it was easy to find something you felt like starting the day with. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay, which always makes a big difference. There are quite a lot of stairs around the property, although elevators are available. Because of that, it might not be the easiest place for someone with limited mobility. I’d describe this as a great city-style hotel — it’s close to pretty much anything you might want, and the airport is only about a 30-minute commute away, which is very convenient. Overall, a very enjoyable stay."

"Good hotel. No breakfast. Clean. The water runs well. There's a hairdryer. It's away from the busy street, but it's about a 15-minute walk to the pier/beach. Keep that in mind if you have small children. Overall, I liked it."

"Stay on 8/5/2026 The location was great, very close to the beach. The room itself was okay and comfortable enough for our stay even it old concept. However, we requested a queen bed but were given two single beds instead, which was quite disappointing. We were also placed in the room at the very end, and the view outside the room was not pleasant at all. There were piles of thing with unfinished construction materials, and rubber pipes scattered around, making the area look messy and poorly maintained. Even though we only stayed for one night and not even a full 24 hours, but we paid because we simply wanted the experience of staying near the beach. Guests should still be treated properly regardless of how long they stay. I also don’t understand why guests would be placed in a room facing an unfinished work area with construction materials right outside the stairs. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked and changing rooms might not have been possible, but at least maintain the area better before assigning guests to that room. The staff service was also disappointing. One of the female staff members seemed unfriendly and gave us the feeling that she judged us based on our appearance because we had just come back from the beach and went straight to check-in after checking out from our previous hotel. The way she treated us felt unwelcoming bcs she pass us to another staff & she happily treat next guest bcs they are same nationalities. Unfair Overall, the location is a plus, but the service and room experience could definitely be improved. I dont have much photo but i have many video from my camera your hotel's room bcs we not satisfied"

"Our stay at the High Tree Resort was by far the most wonderful of our four-week trip to Asia—truly unforgettable! Even the amenities show a love for detail: from straw hats and umbrellas to mosquito repellent, everything has been thought of. The location is also ideal: after the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang, you find absolute peace and quiet here, surrounded by nature. At the same time, there's a free shuttle to town, so you don't feel isolated. The staff is exceptionally warm and welcoming. Even a spontaneous kayaking idea at 10 p.m. was immediately arranged for the next morning. You don't feel like just a room number here, but like a valued guest, almost like part of a small family. From the welcome drink to the care package upon departure, the service is on a level rarely experienced! The restaurant is also a highlight: magnificent food, beautifully presented, a wonderful ambiance with perfect music. We had an incredibly romantic dinner there, a truly goosebump-inducing moment. The entire resort is breathtaking; it alone is worth a whole day there. If you're looking for minor flaws: small mosquitoes on the windows that weren't removed, the bed sheets weren't visually perfect (one sheet had a yellowish stain, but was clean and definitely washed), and there was no towel rail under the bathroom sink. Overall, it was an exceptional stay for us, full of heart and style!"

"Those were 5 pleasent days at Anda Sea Tales. Excellent hotel. The infinity pool at the rooftop is just amazing. The breakfast buffet was perfect for me once I'm very western, but also with some Asian and Indian dishes available, all delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room and, about the location, it's far from the noisy area, perfect to relax, as well very easy to get to the beach by feet or GRAB (taxi). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"The Railay Princess Resort & Spa was very very good. First time we’ve stayed there and we were very happy with the resort, facilities and location … great location! The restaurant offers very good meals and in particular breakfast was terrific! It’s true there’s quite a few monkeys hanging around but leave them alone and they’ll leave you alone. Overall a lovely resort and will be our “go to” accommodation when we’re back in Railay Bay. Highly recommend!!"
