From the very first moments, you feel the high level of service and an incredibly warm atmosphere. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and carefree. Genuine smiles, attention to detail, and care in every interaction – this is what creates a true sense of hospitality. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and harmonious: well-maintained grounds, stylish architecture, and an atmosphere of tranquility and seclusion. They've managed to preserve the feeling of a tropical island while adding modern comfort and aesthetics. The restaurant deserves special mention. The service was superb – professional, attentive, and very pleasant. Every visit left nothing but positive impressions. The breakfasts were magnificent: a wide selection, fresh ingredients, excellent quality dishes, and very beautiful presentation. I particularly remember a dessert the chef prepared right in front of me. It was tiramisu – incredibly delicate, perfectly balanced, and, without exaggeration, one of the best I've ever tasted. It was clear how much attention and love they put into even these small details. It's the people who make this place special. The entire staff creates an atmosphere of calm, comfort, and genuine care, making the vacation feel truly exceptional. "Our stay at Sand Sea Resort was fantastic. Without a doubt, it's an incredible hotel for a holiday getaway in Railay Beach. One of its major advantages is its location, as it has access to both the main Railay Beach and the beach on the other side where the pier is located, which is very convenient for both arriving and getting around the area. The facilities are very well maintained, and the entire hotel exudes a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Furthermore, the staff are super friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times, making the stay even more pleasant. Without a doubt, it's an ideal place to disconnect, enjoy Railay, and spend a few days on holiday in a beautiful setting. We would definitely repeat!"

"It was our first visit to Krabi and we wanted an open space type of accommodation. ANAWA fits the concept perfectly. Great space if you want somewhere off the beaten track with no disturbance from the typical hustle bustle of the city. Pros 1. Suitable for honeymooners, peace and quiet space to unwind 2. Staff hospitality is prompt. They use WhatsApp to communicate anything and everything needed. 3. Atmosphere is serene and quiet 4. They provide wellness activities like Yoga, YogaPilates, Jungle Trail walk, Pickle Ball, Archery. Certain activities comes with a nominal fee Areas to Improve 1. Doesn’t have sound proof and you could hear the noise from your neighbours hence it’s important to know who will reside next to you :) 2. Food - while they look pretty in pictures, taste and quality can be improved. We opted breakfast. It’s Ala-carte on demand but their American / Continental breakfast was not up to standard. They do better with local food order 3. While you can order for Grab delivery but it’s one of our biggest challenge due to super limited options due to the location which brings me to my last and perhaps the most struggle we had 4. Location. It was remotely located, a ride to town was easy but anything after 6pm, Grab drivers will decline driving you over because they have to ride back empty. They will haggle with you and face multiple cancellations. Pro-tip! Get to town and get some basic food so you could cook them in the kitchen or prepare your own light snack when you’re hungry :) Of course renting your own vehicle will save the expenses on Grab back & forth. Big shout out to the team for preparing that lovely jelly cake. It was superb and tasty - much to our surprise."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly,rus,walls,benzy,nana,peter,crea, humble, and always greeted us with a smile, making us feel truly welcome. I would also like to thank the hotel team for making my wife’s birthday extra special. They beautifully decorated our room and surprised us with a small birthday cake. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. Excellent service, warm hospitality, and great attention to detail. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again!"

"Wonderful hotel with incredible views and location! The service was excellent; they arranged a boat tour for us in just two hours, and it ended up being half the price of booking directly with boat drivers. The breakfast was great, and dinner at the hotel restaurant was a 10/10. Fantastic, high-quality European cuisine, absolutely delicious! We will definitely come back here someday!"

"The environment is good, and the location is excellent, right by the beach. If you turn right and walk about 100 meters, there's a small massage shop called OSCAR that's super good, cheap, and comfortable. It's also very close to the night market. The service was just okay, probably due to the slow-paced nature of the Thais. It took forever to check in, even though there weren't many people. The hotel only provides two bottles of water in the room, and you have to pay for more. Breakfast is mediocre and the same every day; there's absolutely no variety. I stayed for three days and ate the exact same thing for all three. The pool is decent. Special note: There are three Holiday hotels nearby. This one is called ”Holiday” without ”Inn” at the end, otherwise the driver might get confused."

"Overall, a pretty good hotel. The staff are very friendly, and they offer a car service for transportation. The newly renovated rooms are quite modern. It's inevitable to find bugs on the island, and there were quite a few ant-like insects in the bathroom. Also, dining options are a bit limited, so I recommend trying the local eateries in the nearby village. Getting to the island isn't the most convenient, but it's not as bad as some online reviews suggest. Walking from the hotel's boat to the beach and watching the staff transport luggage with small carts was actually quite an interesting experience."

"Great place. We loved everything. The bungalow is on the shore of a small lake with fish. It's a quiet place. There's a restaurant and breakfasts. The staff is wonderful 💟. They can recommend places to go, help with bike rentals, taxi bookings, and massages. There's a free tuk-tuk transfer to Ao Nang. The room was cleaned every day and complimentary water was left in the room. Thank you so much. We had a great time. There's also a pool. The room had a balcony. Simply gorgeous!!!!"
